Claims (3)
- 既設ドアを撤去して残存した既設ドア枠にその既設ドアと交換的に新設ドアを設置した改装ドアであって,上記新設ドアの外側フレームをなす上下左右の枠材の室内側見付面又は該枠材の室内側に一体的配置の気密材設置枠に室内側に露出して設置した室内側見付面外周に一連の受溝及び段差受座と,該受溝の奥行方向底部及び段差受座にそれぞれ先行配置した熱膨張材と,上記受溝の室内側に嵌合脚部を嵌合して該受溝に装着して上記既設ドア枠と該新設ドア間を封止し且つ上記嵌合脚部の面外側に張出突出した張出部によって上記段差受座の熱膨張材を被覆した気密材を備え,該熱膨張材によって火災時に新設ドアの上記受溝及び段差受座と既設ドア枠間を気密材に代替して封止自在としてなることを特徴とする既設ドア枠利用の防火改装ドア。
- 上記受溝を,断面U字状にして奥行方向底部側中間位置に受溝横断方向にリブを対向突設し,該リブによって奥行方向室内側を気密材脚部嵌入部,奥行方向室外側の底部を熱膨張材収容部に区分して形成してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の既設ドア枠利用の防火改装ドア。
- 上記新設ドアの外側フレームをなす上下左右の枠材の室内側見付面又は該枠材の室内側に一体的配置の気密材設置枠に室内側に露出して設置した室内側見付面外周に一連の受溝及び段差受座に代えて,新設ドアの室内側見付面の外周に一連の受溝及び段差受座を,該新設ドアの室内側パネルにプレス成形によって形成し,該室内側パネルを中骨に張設することによって室内側に露出して設置した室内側見付面外周に一連の受溝及び段差受座を用いてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の既設ドア枠利用の防火改装ドア。
