Claims (1)
- タンディッシュ内の合金溶湯を水平状に配置した鋳型の一端から鋳型内に供給してアルミニウム合金鋳造棒を製造する水平連続鋳造装置において、
上記タンディッシュと鋳型の一端との間に上記鋳型の中空部に臨んで配置された断熱部材に形成されタンディッシュと鋳型とを連通する注湯用通路と、鋳型との位置関係を、注湯用通路内径下部位置が、鋳型内径下部位置に対して鋳型内径の8%以上で30%以下の上方となるようにし、上記断熱部材における前記鋳型の中空部に臨んでいる箇所の縦断面積を、上記鋳型の中空部の縦断面積に対して面積比で40〜85%とし、かつ、
上記鋳型内周壁に設けられている環状の潤滑材供給口からの潤滑油供給量を0.27g/min以下とした、
ことを特徴とする水平連続鋳造装置。
