Description
ファンモータ速度制御回路10は、マイコンから入力されるファンモータ11の目標回転速度に応じた速度制御信号と、ファンモータ11の実際の回転速度に応じた速度信号とに基づいて、ファンモータ11の回転速度を制御する回路であり、基準電圧回路20、速度電圧回路21、速度比較回路22、選択回路23、駆動回路24から構成される。

Claims (5)
- 駆動信号に応じた回転速度とすべくファンモータを駆動する駆動回路と、
前記ファンモータの目標回転速度に応じた基準信号と前記ファンモータの回転速度に応じた速度信号とに基づいて、前記ファンモータの前記回転速度を前記目標回転速度に一致させるための比較信号を出力する比較回路と、
前記基準信号及び前記比較信号のうち、前記ファンモータがより高い回転速度で駆動される信号に応じた前記駆動信号を前記駆動回路に出力する選択回路と、
を備えることを特徴とするファンモータ速度制御回路。 - 前記基準信号及び前記比較信号は電圧信号であり、
前記選択回路は、
前記基準信号が制御電極に入力される第1トランジスタと、
前記比較信号が制御電極に入力される第2トランジスタと、
前記第1トランジスタ及び前記第2トランジスタの前記制御電極と異なる二つの電極のうち、前記制御電極と共に導通状態を制御する一方の電極から、前記基準信号及び前記比較信号のうち、前記ファンモータが高い回転速度で駆動される信号に応じた電圧が出力されるよう、前記第1トランジスタ及び前記第2トランジスタに直列に接続されたバイアス電流源と、
を含み、
前記駆動信号は、
前記第1トランジスタ及び前記第2トランジスタの前記一方の電極に出力される前記電圧に応じた電圧信号であること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のファンモータ速度制御回路。 - 前記駆動回路は、
所定周波数で発振する三角波を出力する発振回路と、
前記三角波と前記駆動信号とに基づいてPWM信号を生成するコンパレータと、
前記PWM信号に基づいて前記ファンモータを駆動する出力回路と、
を含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項2に記載のファンモータ速度制御回路。 - ファンと、
前記ファンを駆動するファンモータと、
駆動信号に応じた回転速度とすべく前記ファンモータを駆動する駆動回路と、
前記ファンモータの目標回転速度に応じた基準信号と前記ファンモータの回転速度に応じた速度信号とに基づいて、前記ファンモータの前記回転速度を前記目標回転速度に一致させるための比較信号を出力する比較回路と、
前記基準信号及び前記比較信号のうち、前記ファンモータがより高い回転速度で駆動される信号に応じた前記駆動信号を前記駆動回路に出力する選択回路と、
を備えること、
を特徴とするファン装置。 - ファンと、
前記ファンにより冷却される部品と、
前記ファンを駆動するファンモータと、
駆動信号に応じた回転速度とすべく前記ファンモータを駆動する駆動回路と、
前記ファンモータの目標回転速度に応じた基準信号と前記ファンモータの回転速度に応じた速度信号とに基づいて、前記ファンモータの前記回転速度を前記目標回転速度に一致させるための比較信号を出力する比較回路と、
前記基準信号及び前記比較信号のうち、前記ファンモータがより高い回転速度で駆動される信号に応じた前記駆動信号を前記駆動回路に出力する選択回路と、
を備えること、
を特徴とする電子機器。
