Claims (2)
- 電力系統と連系運転を行う電力変換器と、
前記電力系統に対する前記電力変換器接続点の無効電力を検出する手段と、
前記電力変換器と前記電力系統の間に接続された交流コンデンサと、
前記電力変換器の直流側に並列に接続された直流コンデンサと、
前記電力変換器の直流側に直流遮断器を介して接続された2次電池と、
前記2次電池の電圧を検出する手段と、
前記電力変換器を制御するための制御手段と
を具備し、
前記制御手段は、
通常時は前記電力系統と前記2次電池間で充放電を行うように運転制御し、
充放電を行わない運転状態においては、
前記直流遮断器を開放した状態で前記無効電力が所望の値となるように制御すると共に、
充放電を行わない運転状態から充放電を行う運転状態に移行するとき、
前記直流コンデンサに印加される直流電圧と前記2次電池の電圧との電圧差を所定値以内に制御したあと、前記直流遮断器に投入指令を与えるようにしたことを
特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 前記制御手段は、
充放電を行なうための有効電力の指令値から無効電流の制御リミット値を演算する手段を有し、
充放電を行う運転状態において、前記無効電流の制御リミット値の範囲内で前記電力系統に対する前記電力変換器接続点の無効電力を所望の値に制御するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。
