Description
このような構成においては、高圧室を更にオイル分離器により分離することが可能となるので、吐出経路での高圧脈動をオイル分離器を通過させる過程で一層低減することが可能となる。

図示しない動力源からの回転動力がプーリ30及び電磁クラッチ31を介して駆動軸7に伝達され、ロータ3が回転すると、吸入口8から吸入室9に流入した作動流体が図示しない吸入ポートを介して圧縮空間12に吸入される。圧縮空間内のベーン5によって仕切られた圧縮室13の容積はロータ3の回転に伴って変化するので、ベーン5間に閉じ込められた作動流体は圧縮され、吐出ポート14から吐出弁16を介して吐出弁収容室15に吐出され、カムリング1のフランジ部1aに形成された通孔17を介してリアサイド部材6に形成された高圧室11(第1高圧室11a)へ導かれる。その後、導入ポート21を介してオイル分離器20に導入され、ここでオイルが分離されて、隣接する高圧室11(第2高圧室11b)へ導かれ、しかる後に吐出口10から外部回路へ吐出される。
Claims (5)
- カムリングと、
駆動軸に固定され、前記カムリング内に回転可能に収容されるロータと、
前記ロータに設けられた複数のベーン溝に挿入されるベーンと、
前記カムリングの一方の端側に配置されるサイド部材と、
前記カムリングの他方の端側及び外周面を包囲するシェル部材とを備え、
前記サイド部材及び前記シェル部材に前記駆動軸を軸支すると共に、前記サイド部材及び前記シェル部材のいずれか一方に前記カムリングと対向する端面を凹ませて吐出口と連通する高圧室が設けられ、また、前記カムリングの外周面と前記シェル部材の内周面との間に前記ベーン間に形成される圧縮室と連通可能な吐出弁収容室が設けられ、
前記吐出弁収容室と前記高圧室とが前記カムリングに設けられたフランジ部により分離されると共に前記フランジ部に形成される通路を介して連通されていることを特徴とするベーン型圧縮機。 - 前記サイド部材及び前記シェル部材は、前記カムリングに当接するサイドブロック部と、このサイドブロック部を包囲するヘッド部とが一体化されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のベーン型圧縮機。
- 前記フランジ部に形成された通路よりも下流側にオイル分離器が設けられ、前記高圧室は、前記吐出弁収容室と前記通路を介して連通する第1高圧室と、前記第1高圧室にオイル分離器を介して連通すると共に前記吐出口に連通する第2高圧室とを有して構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のベーン型圧縮機。
- 前記フランジ部に形成された通路は、前記フランジ部の壁部を貫通する孔である請求項1〜3記載のベーン型圧縮機。
- 前記フランジ部に形成された通路は、前記フランジ部の壁部の周縁を切り欠いた切り欠きである請求項1〜3記載のベーン型圧縮機。
