Description
Claims (10)
- 圧縮空気発生装置、圧力溜め、弁ブロック、及び自動車の車輪にあって空気圧で制御される車輪弁から成るタイヤ充填装置であって、車両に固定して電気的に操作されるそれぞれ1つのパイロット弁が、少なくとも1つの車輪弁を制御するものにおいて、圧縮空気発生装置が第1の圧縮機(11)及び第2の圧縮機(21)を含み、第1の圧縮機(11)が第1の圧縮空気系統(8.1,8.2)に第一の圧力レベルの圧縮空気を供給し、第2の圧縮機(21)が第2の圧縮空気系統(9.1,9.2,9.3)に第1の圧力レベルより高い第2の圧力レベルの圧縮空気を供給し、車輪弁(2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)が第1の圧縮空気系統(8.1,8.2)に設けられ、パイロット弁(3.1,3.2,3.3,3.4)が第2の圧縮空気系統(9.1,9.2,9.3)に設けられ、第2の圧縮空気系統(9.1,9.2,9.3)が、タイヤ充填装置に加えて空気圧車輪懸架装置又は車高制御装置の空気ばねベロー(6.1,6.2,6.3,6.4)にも、圧縮空気の供給を行うことを特徴とする、タイヤ充填装置。
- 少なくとも1つの空気ばねベロー(6.1,6.2,6.3,6.4)が圧力溜めとしても役立つことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ充填装置。
- 第1の圧縮機(11;111)が周囲から空気を吸入し、その吐出側が第1の逆止弁(13;113)を介して圧力溜め(15;115)に接続され、第2の圧縮機(21;121)が第1の圧縮空気系統(8.1,8.2;108.1,108.2)及び第2の圧縮空気系統(9.1,9.2,9.3;109.1,109.2,109.3)に接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ充填装置(図1及び2)。
- 第2の圧縮機(21)が、その吸入側に第1の弁(22.1)を持ち、その吐出側に第2の弁(22.2)及び2つの迂回導管(24.1,24.2)を持ち、第1の弁(22.1)が第1の圧縮空気系統(8.1,8.2)への接続を行い、第2の弁(22.2)が第2の圧縮空気系統(9.1,9.2,9.3)への接続を行うことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のタイヤ充填装置(図1)。
- 第1の圧縮空気系統(8.1,8.2)と第2の圧縮空気系統(9.1,9.2,9.3)が第3の弁(27)を介して互いに接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ充填装置(図1)。
- 第2の圧縮機(21)の吸入側及び吐出側が第2の弁(122)を介して第2の圧縮空気系統(109.1,109.2,109.3)に接続可能であり、吸入側が更に逆止弁(123)を介して第1の圧縮空気系統(108.1,108.2)に接続され、逆止弁(123)が流れに関して圧縮機(121)の方へ開くことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のタイヤ充填装置(図2)。
- 第1の圧縮空気系統(8.1,8.2;108.1,108.2)に第4の電磁弁(32.1;132.1)及び第5の電磁弁(32.2;132.2)が設けられて、その第1の位置で車輪弁(2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4;102.1,102.2,102.3,102.4)への通路を開くか、又はその第2の位置でこれらの車輪弁から逆流する空気を、逆止弁(34.1,34.2;134.1,134.2)を介して別の使用部(12;112)へ供給することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ充填装置(図1及び2)。
- 第4及び第5の電磁弁(32.1,32.2)が空気圧で制御され、そのために第6の弁(33)がパイロット弁として、第2の圧縮空気系統(9.1,9.2,9.3)からの圧縮空気で作動せしめられることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のタイヤ充填装置。
- 空気ばねベロー(6.1,6.2,6.3,6.4)の制御弁(7.1,7.2,7.3,7.4)、及び車輪に固定して電気的に操作される車輪弁(2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)用のパイロット弁(3.1,3.2,3.3,3.4)が、車輪の近くに設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ充填装置。
- 電気的に操作されるパイロット弁(3.1,3.2,3.3,3.4)がそれぞれの空気ばねベロー(6.1,6.2,6.3,6.4)に接続されて、空気ばねベローから車輪弁(2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)用の制御空気を取出すことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のタイヤ充填装置。
