Description
図3は本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る金属検出機用の試験体を示す斜視図である。本発明の実施の形態に係る金属検出機用の試験体10は、金属検出機の性能検査に用いる金属片5と、金属片5を保持する保持部材20と、金属片5の性状を示す識別手段30とを備えている。
図11は本発明の第2の実施の形態に係る金属検出機用の試験体を示す斜視図である。
図12および図13は本発明の第3の実施の形態に係る金属検出機用の試験体を示す斜視図である。なお、本実施の形態は識別手段の表示方法が異なるものの、他の構成については第1や第2の実施の形態とほぼ同様であるので、同一又はそれに相当する構成については図3〜図11に示したものと同一符号で示し、相違点について詳述する。
図14は本発明の第4の実施の形態に係る金属検出機用の試験体を示す斜視図である。

Claims (5)
- 金属検出機の性能検査に用いる金属片と、該金属片を保持する保持部材と、を備える金属検出機用の試験体であって、
前記保持部材を形成する複数の面の形状が多角形の形状をなし、前記複数の面のうち少なくとも2つの面が検査時に前記金属検出機に載置されるための基準面とされ、
前記金属片が、前記基準面から相互に異なる高さに保持されており、
前記金属片の形状が柱状であり、
前記金属片の長軸方向を示す識別手段を備えたことを特徴とする金属検出機用の試験体。 - 前記保持部材を形成する複数の面の形状が略正多角形である請求項1に記載の金属検出機用の試験体。
- 前記保持部材が、前記基準面のうちの1つを含む仮想平面が他の少なくとも1つの基準面を含む仮想平面と交わる形状である請求項1または請求項2に記載の金属検出機用の試験体。
- 前記保持部材が透明または半透明の樹脂である請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の金属検出機用の試験体。
- 前記識別手段が前記金属片の形状を示す形状を有する請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の金属検出機用の試験体。
