変性ガムロジン:荒川化学工業(株)製マルキード382
C5:日本ゼオン(株)製クイントンA100
DCPD:丸善石油(株)製M−890A
本発明のゴム組成物には前記環状ポリスルフィド化合物(b)をゴム100重量部に対し、0.1〜10重量部、好ましくは0.2〜9重量部配合する。この配合量が少な過ぎると所望の効果が得られず、逆に多過ぎると破断伸びが不足するので好ましくない。
b/a=0.1〜10
サンプルの調製
表Iに示す配合において、加硫促進剤と硫黄を除く成分を1.8リットルの密閉型ミキサーで3〜5分間混練し、165±5℃に達したときに放出してマスターバッチを得た。このマスターバッチに加硫促進剤と硫黄をオープンロールで混練し、ゴム組成物を得た。
tanδ(60℃):東洋精機製作所製 粘弾性スペクトロメーターを用いて、初期ひずみ10%、振幅±2%、周波数20Hzの条件で測定した。この値が大きい程発熱性に劣ることを意味する。
破断強度 TB(MPa):JIS K6251に準拠して測定した。
破断伸び EB(%):JIS K6251に準拠して測定した。
ショウブラック N110:昭和キャボット(株)製カーボンブラック(N2SA=144m2/g)

酸化亜鉛3種:正同化学工業(株)製

環状スルフィド1:式(I)において、R=(CH2)6 ,x(平均)=5及びn=1〜4の環状ポリスルフィド
環状スルフィド2:式(I)において、R=(CH2)2 O(CH2)O(CH2)2 ,x(平均)=4及びn=1〜2の環状ポリスルフィド
Claims (2)
- (i)天然ゴム/合成ポリイソプレンゴムを主体とした加硫可能なゴム100重量部、(ii)窒素吸着比表面積(N2SA)が90m2/g以上のカーボンブラック及び、必要に応じ、シリカを合計量で40〜60重量部、(iii)ガムロジン、変性ガムロジン、C5及びジシクロペンタジエン(DCPD)から選ばれた少なくとも一種の樹脂(a)0.5〜5.0重量部、(iv)式(I):
式1:a+b=1.0〜10
式2:b/a=0.1〜10
を満足する重荷重タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。 - 前記環状スルフィド化合物(b)が、式:X−R−X(式中、Xはそれぞれ独立にハロゲン原子を表し、Rは置換もしくは非置換のC2〜C20のアルキレン基、オキシアルキレン基又は芳香族環を含むアルキレン基を示す)のジハロゲン化合物と、式:M2Sx(式中、Mはアルカリ金属であり、xは2〜6の整数である)のアルカリ金属の多硫化物とを、親水性及び親油性溶媒の非相溶混合溶媒中で2相系で反応させて得られたものである請求項1に記載の重荷重タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
