Claims (5)
- 入力装置とプロセッサとを備える移動通信デバイスであって、
前記入力装置は、
複数の操作キーと、
少なくとも1つの光源と、
ライトガイドと、
複数の可変反射構成要素と、を備え、
前記複数の可変反射構成要素は、第1のサブセットの可変反射構成要素を透過状態とし、第2のサブセットの可変反射構成要素を反射状態とするように、部分的に透過モードと反射モードとを切り替えて動作させることが可能であり、
前記プロセッサは、
周辺光レベルが所定の閾値より高い場合には、前記複数の操作キーのうち、所定のアプリケーションが実行された場合に利用される操作キーに対応する位置に配された可変反射構成要素を、第2のサブセットとして反射モードに切り替え、所定のアプリケーションが実行された場合に利用されない操作キーに対応する位置に配された可変反射構成要素を、第1のサブセットとして透過モードに切り替えるよう制御し、
周辺光レベルが所定の閾値より低い場合には、前記複数の操作キーのうち、所定のアプリケーションが実行された場合に利用される操作キーに対応する位置に配された可変反射構成要素を、第1のサブセットとして透過モードに切り替え、所定のアプリケーションが実行された場合に利用されない操作キーに対応する位置に配された可変反射構成要素を、第2のサブセットとして反射モードに切り替えるよう制御することを特徴とする移動通信デバイス。 - 前記周辺光を検出するセンサを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動通信デバイス。
- 前記可変反射構成要素は、電力を印加することにより透過特性及び反射特性が変化するフィルムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動通信デバイス。
- 前記フィルムは、遷移金属を含むフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の移動通信デバイス。
- 複数の操作キーと、少なくとも1つの光源と、ライトガイドと、複数の可変反射構成要素と、を備え、前記複数の可変反射構成要素は、第1のサブセットの可変反射構成要素を透過状態とし、第2のサブセットの可変反射構成要素を反射状態とするように、部分的に透過モードと反射モードとを切り替えて動作させることができるよう構成された移動通信デバイスにおける制御方法であって、
周辺光レベルが所定の閾値より高い場合には、前記複数の操作キーのうち、所定のアプリケーションが実行された場合に利用される操作キーに対応する位置に配された可変反射構成要素を、第2のサブセットとして反射モードに切り替え、所定のプリケーションが実行された場合に利用されない操作キーに対応する位置に配された可変反射構成要素を、第1のサブセットとして透過モードに切り替えるよう制御し、
周辺光レベルが所定の閾値より低い場合には、前記複数の操作キーのうち、所定のアプリケーションが実行された場合に利用される操作キーに対応する位置に配された可変反射構成要素を、第1のサブセットとして透過モードに切り替え、所定のアプリケーションが実行された場合に利用されない操作キーに対応する位置に配された可変反射構成要素を、第2のサブセットとして反射モードに切り替えるよう制御することを特徴とする移動通信デバイスの制御方法。
