Claims (5)
- 通信ケーブルを介して送信される信号を受信する受信回路を備える被試験デバイスを試験する試験装置であって、
前記受信回路の入力端子に供給すべき波形を定める波形データを出力する波形発生部と、
前記通信ケーブルの減衰特性と略逆のフィルタ特性を有し、前記波形データを増幅した増幅波形データを出力するデジタルフィルタと、
前記増幅波形データをアナログ波形に変換するDA変換器と、
前記通信ケーブルの減衰特性と略同一の減衰特性を有し、前記アナログ波形を減衰して前記受信回路に供給するローパスフィルタと
を備える試験装置。 - 前記通信ケーブルは、複数の伝送路を有し、
前記受信回路は、それぞれが前記複数の伝送路のそれぞれからの信号を受信する複数の前記入力端子を有し、
前記波形発生部は、前記複数の入力端子に供給すべき、前記複数の伝送路の間で生じる干渉の影響を含む複数の前記波形データを出力する
請求項1に記載の試験装置。 - 前記通信ケーブルを介して前記受信回路に信号を送信する送信回路の出力信号が前記通信ケーブルを通過した結果、前記受信回路の前記入力端子に入力される受信波形をシミュレーションにより算出するシミュレーション部を更に備え、
前記波形発生部は、前記受信波形のデジタルデータを取得して前記波形データとして出力する
請求項1または2に記載の試験装置。 - 通信ケーブルを介して送信される信号を受信する受信回路を備える被試験デバイスを試験する試験方法であって、
前記受信回路の入力端子に供給すべき波形を定める波形データを出力する波形発生段階と、
前記通信ケーブルの減衰特性と略逆のフィルタ特性を有し、前記波形データを増幅した増幅波形データを出力するデジタルフィルタ段階と、
前記増幅波形データをアナログ波形に変換するDA変換段階と、
前記通信ケーブルの減衰特性と略同一の減衰特性を有し、前記アナログ波形を減衰して前記受信回路に供給するローパスフィルタ段階と
を備える試験方法。 - 前記通信ケーブルを介して前記受信回路に信号を送信する送信回路の出力信号が前記通信ケーブルを通過した結果、前記受信回路の前記入力端子に入力される受信波形をシミュレーションにより算出するシミュレーション段階を更に備え、
前記波形発生段階は、前記受信波形のデジタルデータを取得して前記波形データとして出力する
請求項4に記載の試験方法。
