Description
Claims (14)
- 成人若しくは小児のいずれにも用いられるAEDシステムであって、
除細動ショックを搬送する回路を含むと共に、穴と、前記穴とは異なるAEDユニットのコネクタとを含み、成人救助プロトコル若しくは小児救助プロトコルを実行するように選択的に動作可能であるAEDユニットと、
前記コネクタにて前記AEDユニットに取り外し可能に接続される電極パッドと、
前記AEDユニットとは別の装置であって、小児キーを含み、前記穴に接続されるときに、前記AEDユニットに前記小児救助プロトコルを実行させる別の装置とを含む、AEDシステム。 - 前記穴は、除細動ショックを搬送する前記回路を含む前記AEDユニットの内部から密閉されている、請求項1に記載のAEDシステム。
- 前記AEDユニットは、前記穴の近傍に配置され前記穴内の前記別の装置の存在を検出するセンサを含む、請求項2に記載のAEDシステム。
- 前記小児救助プロトコルは、小児患者に電極パッドを配置し、小児患者に対して適したレベルの除細動ショックを搬送することを含む、請求項1に記載のAEDシステム。
- 前記小児救助プロトコルは、更に、小児ECG信号を解析することを含む、請求項4に記載のAEDシステム。
- 前記小児救助プロトコルは、更に、小児患者に除細動処置を施すための可聴の指示を含む、請求項4に記載のAEDシステム。
- 前記別の装置は、更に、小児患者上の前記電極パッドの配置のインジケータを含む、請求項1に記載のAEDシステム。
- 前記AEDユニットは、成人患者上の前記電極パッドの配置のインジケータを含み、
前記成人患者上の前記電極パッドの配置のインジケータは、前記別の装置が前記穴に接続されたときに、前記小児患者上の前記電極パッドの配置のインジケータに代わられる、請求項7に記載のAEDシステム。 - 前記成人患者上の前記電極パッドの配置のインジケータは、点灯されるインジケータを含み、
前記小児患者上の前記電極パッドの配置のインジケータは、前記点灯されるインジケータを利用する、請求項8に記載のAEDシステム。 - 小児救助プロトコル若しくは成人救助プロトコルの実行により動作可能であるAEDユニットを小児AEDシステムとして選択的に動作させる方法であって、
AEDユニットの穴への別の装置の接続であって、小児キーを含む別の装置の接続を検出し、
前記小児救助プロトコルを実行することにより前記別の装置の接続の検出に応答し、
前記穴とは別のAEDユニットコネクタに接続される電極パッドの小児患者への取り付けを指示することを含む、方法。 - 前記小児救助プロトコルを実行することは、更に、小児ECG信号を解析することを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記電極パッドの取り付けを指示することは、小児患者への電極パッドの取り付けを救助者に可聴な態様で指示することを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記別の装置は、更に、小児患者に電極パッドを付けるための可視の指示を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 成人患者に電極パッドを付けるための可視の指示は、前記別の装置が前記AEDユニットの穴に接続されるときに隠れる、請求項13に記載の方法。
