Description
Claims (21)
- 半径方向の外側表面(A2)の直径が外被(24)の半径方向の内側表面より小さい成形端コイル(20)を所定の位置に保持するための前記外被を含む電磁石巻型(12)の半径方向の中央に前記成形端コイルを配置して同心をなすように保持するための方法であって、
(a)栓(28)を前記端コイルの孔に通して、前記巻型の孔の端部に送り込み、前記外被内に前記端コイルを配置して、前記端コイルの半径方向の外側表面と前記外被の間に空隙(30)を残すことによって、前記巻型(12)の中央に前記端コイル(20)を配置する工程と、
(b)前記端コイルに対して前記巻型の方向に軸方向の力を加えることにより、前記端コイルを前記巻型の軸方向の隣接表面に押し付けて所定位置に保持する工程と、
(c)前記空隙を、その全長の少なくとも一部に沿って硬化材料(42)で充填する工程と、
(d)前記硬化材料を硬化させるか、硬化可能にし、それによって、前記端コイルを前記巻型に強固にかつ正確に保持する工程と、
(e)前記栓を取り除く工程と
を含む方法。 - 工程(b)の前記軸方向の力が、締め付け時、前記端コイルに前記軸方向の力を加える保持手段(34)によって前記端コイルに押し付けて保持された、一時的軸方向クランプ(32)によって加えられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 粘稠液体又は半流動体の状態で硬化材料を空隙30に入れることができるようにするため、複数の開口(38)が前記外被の周囲に適正な間隔をおいて、前記巻型外被の材料に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 適切な量の硬化材料が前記空隙に注入されて、前記空隙がある特定のあふれ面(48)迄充填されることと、前記あふれ面が、前記空隙の軸方向の外側端部から前記硬化材料が漏出する恐れがあまりないようにして、前記空隙をほぼ充填するのに十分な硬化材料を供給するように決定されることを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記端コイルの軸方向の内側面(B1)と前記巻型の軸方向の隣接表面との間への前記硬化材料の進入をシール(44)により阻止することを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記硬化材料が前記端コイルの外側表面と完全に形状一致し、前記外被の半径方向の内側表面との接着結合によって前記コイルを保持することを特徴とする請求項1から5の1つに記載の方法。
- 工程(c)の前に、前記空隙内に、膨張可能なブラダ(52)が設けられることと、工程(c)が、前記膨張可能なブラダに液体又は半流動体の形態で前記硬化剤を注入して、前記端コイルの前記外側表面に少なくともほぼ形状一致する迄ブラダを膨張させる工程から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記硬化材料が前記ブラダに注入されて、ある所定の圧力になる迄前記ブラダを充填することを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記ブラダが、前記外被の半径方向の内側表面の周りに延び、その軸方向の内側縁及び外側縁に固定された変形可能材料のストリップから構成されることと、前記巻型外被の材料に開口(38)を設けて、前記開口を介して接近可能な環状の膨張可能な空洞が形成されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項7又は8記載の方法。
- 前記変形可能材料のストリップが、前記巻型材料のチャネル(54)に挿入することによってその軸方向の内側縁に固定され、前記外被の軸方向の外側端部にあるチャネル56に挿入することによってその軸方向の外側縁に固定されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記変形可能材料に、アルミニウム、銅、ポリマ、ガラス繊維フェルトの1つが含まれることを特徴とする請求項9又は10記載の方法。
- 前記硬化材料が前記外被に対する接着結合することと、前記ブラダが、前記端コイル表面の凹凸に対する圧力及び形状一致によって前記端コイルを保持することを特徴とする請求項7から11の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記端コイルに、その半径方向の外側表面(A2)上の外皮層が含まれることと、前記硬化材料が、前記外皮層の半径方向の外側表面と前記外被の半径方向の内側表面の間に注入されることを特徴とする請求項1から12の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記軸方向への力が前記外皮層の軸方向の外側表面(B2)に加えられることを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。
- 前記外皮層に窪んだ段差形状部分(50)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項13又は14記載の方法。
- 前記外皮が、前記段差形状部分を形成するため、前記端コイルの軸方向寸法の一部についてのみ設けられることを特徴とする請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記窪んだ段差形状部分(50)が前記外皮層の軸方向の外側端部近くに設けられることを特徴とする請求項15又は16記載の方法。
- 前記窪んだ段差形状部分(50)が、前記端コイルにクロス層を巻き付けて、前記外皮層を形成することによって設けられることと、最終クロス層が、必要な段差形状部分を設けるため、前記端コイル自体より軸方向において幅が狭くなるように巻き付けられることを特徴とする請求項15記載の方法。
- 更に、前記端コイルの軸方向の内側表面(B1)と前記巻型の軸方向の隣接表面との間に低摩擦接合面剥離材料の層(26)を配置する工程が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1から18の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記低摩擦接合面剥離材料に、ポリエステルシート又はポリテトラフルオロエチレンが含まれることを特徴とする請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記硬化材料に、エポキシ樹脂、他の熱硬化性材料、熱可塑性材料、パラフィンワックス、ポリマ、水及び窒素の1つが含まれることを特徴とする請求項1から20の1つに記載の方法。
