Description
Claims (13)
- 円筒形巻型に巻き付けられた1つ以上のコイルと、前記巻型の端部に取り付けられた環状端コイル(20)を備え、前記端コイルの半径方向の内側(A1)又は軸方向の外側(B2)には前記巻型のどの部分も存在しないようになっている、電磁石を製造するための方法であって、以下の工程を含む方法。
(a)前記巻型の端部に環状臨時型(22)を配置する工程、
(b)前記巻型の端部の所定位置に前記臨時型を保持する(32、34、36、38)工程、
(c)前記臨時型の内部にさらされた、前記巻型の端面に接合面剥離材料(42)を塗布する工程、
(d)前記型の内部及び前記巻型の端面の前記接合面剥離材料(42)によって形成される空洞内に前記端コイルを形成する線材を巻き付ける工程、
(e)前記端コイルの半径方向の外側表面の軸方向の内側部分に段差形状部分(46)を設ける工程、
(f)前記巻型から前記段差形状部分の半径方向の外側表面を越えて延び、更に、前記段差形状部分の軸方向の外側表面上に少なくも部分的に延びており、保持手段(50)によって前記巻型に固定されて、前記段差形状部分を圧縮状態に保つ保持片(48)を設ける工程、
(g)硬化液体含浸材料で前記端コイル及び前記段差形状部分を含浸する工程、および
(h)前記含浸材料の硬化後、前記環状臨時型を取り除く工程。 - 前記型が、前記端コイルの半径方向の内側(A1)表面を形成する環状表面と、前記端コイルの軸方向の外側(B2)表面を形成する保持壁(22a)を備え、かつ前記端コイルの軸方向の内側(B1)表面が、前記巻型の端部と、前記巻型の端面の前記接合面剥離材料(42)によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 熱拡散障壁材(44)が、前記段差形状部分を設ける前に、前記端コイルの半径方向の外側表面に巻き付けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 含浸工程が、以下の工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の方法。
前記巻型及び前記端コイルのまわりに含浸タンク(52)を配置する工程、
全てのコイル及び前記段差形状部分が含浸材料によって含浸されるまで、真空下において含浸材料を注入する工程、および
前記含浸材料が完全に硬化する前に、余分な含浸材料と含浸タンクを除去する工程。 - 前記含浸工程が、巻き付け前に前記端コイルの形成に用いる線材を含浸材料で塗装し、巻き付け時に前記端コイルを前記含浸材料で含浸する工程を含み、
前記段差形状部分を、前記端コイルに含浸材料を巻き付けることにより形成し、巻き付け時に前記段差形状部分を含浸する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の方法。 - 前記巻型の端部に前記環状臨時型(22)を配置する工程が、以下の補助的な工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項2から5の1つに記載の方法。
前記巻型の端部に近い比較的内側半径の大きい領域と、前記巻型の端部から遠い比較的半径の大きい領域を含む、前記巻型の前記半径方向の内側表面に窪んだ段差形状部分(24)を設ける工程であって、前記比較的大きい内径が、前記端コイルの前記半径方向の内側(A1)表面を形成する前記臨時型の前記環状表面の半径と同じ大きさしかないことを特徴とする工程、
前記臨時型の軸方向の内側エッジに相補形表面(26)を設ける工程、および
前記臨時型を前記巻型の端部に押し付け、もって前記型の一部を前記巻型の内部に入り込ませ、前記相補形表面(26)を前記窪んだ段差形状部分に接触させる工程。 - 前記巻型の端部に前記環状臨時型(22)を配置する工程が、以下の補助的な工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項2から5の1つに記載の方法。
前記型の軸方向の内側端部に近い比較的外側半径の小さい領域と、前記型の軸方向の内側端部から遠い比較的半径の大きい領域を含む、前記臨時型の前記半径方向の外側表面に窪んだ段差形状部分を設ける工程であって、前記比較的小さい外径が、前記巻型の内側半径と同じほど小さいことを特徴とする工程、
前記巻型の軸方向の外側エッジに相補形表面を設ける工程、および
前記臨時型を前記巻型の端部に押し付け、もって、前記型の一部を前記巻型の内部に入り込ませ、前記相補形表面を前記窪んだ段差形状部分に接触させる工程。 - 前記窪んだ段差形状部分(24)及び/又は前記相補形表面(36)が、前記巻型の内周において断続的であることを特徴とする請求項6又は請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記臨時型を機械的拘束手段によって所定位置に保持することを特徴とする請求項6又は請求項7記載の方法。
- 臨時型を電磁石コイル巻型の何れかの端部に配置し、機械的拘束手段(34)を用いて前記臨時型を互いに引きつけ、それらを前記巻型の両端に押し付けて保持することを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記段差形状部分を、前記端コイルの前記半径方向の外側表面(A2)の軸方向の内側部分にクロス層を巻き付けることで形成することを特徴とする請求項1から10の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記型が、前記端コイルの半径方向の内側(A1)表面を形成する環状表面と、前記端コイルの軸方向の外側(B2)表面を形成する保持壁(22a)を備えることと、
押圧板(40)が前記型内に設けられており、前記押圧板が、前記保持壁の軸方向の内側表面に接触し、前記保持壁の軸方向の内側表面を覆っていることと、
開口(58)が前記保持壁に設けられており、前記押圧板により覆われていることと、
前記含浸材料の硬化後、前記型と前記押圧板の間に力を加えて、前記押圧板及び前記端コイルから前記型を離し、もって、前記環状臨時型を取り除き得るようにするための手段(62)を備えることと
を特徴とする請求項1から11の1つに記載の方法。 - 前記型と前記押圧板の間に力を加える前記手段が、前記開口内のネジ山と、前記ネジ山とかみ合うネジ付き工具(62)を含み、前記ネジ付き工具を前記開口にねじ込んで通すと、必要な力を印加可能であることを特徴とする請求項12記載の方法。
