Claims (6)
- エンジン・アクチュエータ用インクリメント・センサの初期設定方法であって、
a)前記インクリメント・センサ用磁石の最新の既知位置を決定するステップと、
b)前記磁石の最新の既知位置に関するデータに基づいて、最新の既知位置が上方停止位置により近い場合には、磁石を上方停止位置に向かって順方向に回転させ、下方停止位置により近い場合には、前記磁石を下方停止位置に向かって逆方向に回転させるステップと、
c)前記磁石が前記上方停止位置に到達すると、前記センサ用インクリメント・カウンタを上方停止インクリメントにリセットし、前記磁石が前記下方停止位置に到達すると、前記インクリメント・カウンタを下方停止インクリメントにリセットするステップが含まれている、
方法。 - 前記ステップb)に、さらに、エンジン・アクチュエータのアウトプット・シャフトの1回転に対応する前記磁石回転数に前記上方停止位置を設定するステップが含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップb)に、さらに、エンジン・コントローラから前記磁石の最新の既知位置を得るステップが含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップc)に、さらに、エンジン・コントローラによって前記インクリメント・カウンタのカウントを記録するステップが含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- さらに、
d)前記磁石が、所定の時間期間内に前記上方及び下方停止位置の一方に到達しなければ、システム検査を実施するステップが含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ステップb)に、前記通常の磁石回転速度の何%かの速度で前記磁石を移動させるステップが含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
