Description
所定の距離を置いて同心円状に配置された少なくとも2本のコルゲート金属パイプ(corrugated metal pipe)(2、4)と、
前記2本の金属パイプ(2、4)間の排気された環状の空隙に備えられた断熱層と、
前記2本の金属パイプ(2、4)のうちの外側金属パイプ(4)に設けられた真空ポンプと接続可能なバルブ本体(10)であって、平滑な金属パイプ(9)が前記外側金属パイプ(4)の外側に真空気密が維持できるように溶接され、前記平滑な金属パイプ(9)に真空気密が維持できるように溶接されているバルブ本体(10)とからなり、
前記バルブ本体(10)が、前記平滑な金属パイプ(9)の内側に設置され、該平滑な金属パイプ(9)の表面と同一面を形成している
ことを特徴とする冷凍媒体の輸送に使用するラインパイプ、により達成される。
Claims (1)
- 所定の距離を置いて同心円状に配置された少なくとも2本のコルゲート金属パイプ(2、4)と、
前記2本の金属パイプ(2、4)間の排気された環状の間隙に備えられた断熱層(3)と、
前記2本の金属パイプ(2、4)のうちの外側金属パイプ(4)に、真空気密が維持できるように平滑な金属パイプ(9)が溶接されており、該平滑な金属パイプ(9)が、真空ポンプと真空気密を維持する手段で接続可能な要素を有している、冷凍媒体の輸送に使用するラインパイプにおいて、
前記真空ポンプとの接続のための前記要素が、真空気密を維持するように前記平滑な金属パイプ(9)に溶接され、前記平滑な金属パイプ(9)の内側に向かって突き出ており、且つ該平滑な金属パイプ(9)の表面と同一面を形成しているバルブ本体(10)であり、
該バルブ本体(10)が、スクリュープラグ(10b)と螺合する、ねじを切った穴(10a)を有しており、
ラインパイプの作動中、真空気密を維持するように、前記スクリュープラグ(10b)と前記穴(10a)との螺合が維持され、
前記真空ポンプによる排気操作の間、前記スクリュープラグ(10b)と前記穴(10a)との螺合が解除され、
前記バルブ本体(10)が、ねじを切ったボルトと螺合することによりアダプター(12)との真空気密な接続を維持する、ねじ切りされた穴を有しており、前記アダプター(12)は、前記真空ポンプと接続可能なガスロック(13)との真空気密な接続を維持するために使用されることを特徴とする冷凍媒体の輸送に使用するラインパイプ。
