Description
各種の酵素を、治療剤として作用させるために経口製剤中に含むことができる。例えば、酵素を、口腔の多糖を加水分解するために、又は細菌の増殖を阻害するために含むことができる。更に具体的には、例えば、ムタナーゼ、デキストラナーゼ、パパイン、及び1,3−グルカナーゼのような酵素を、歯垢の沈積を除去するための経口製剤中で使用することができることが報告されている。
本発明によれば、重亜硫酸塩物質及び一つ又はそれより多い酵素を含んでなる組成物から、重亜硫酸塩物質を除去する方法を提供する。この方法は、組成物を、少なくとも一つのアルデヒド官能基を含有する化合物と接触させて、アルデヒド−重亜硫酸塩複合体を形成することを含んでなり;これによってアルデヒド−重亜硫酸塩複合体を、組成物から分離することができる。
本発明は、一つ又はそれより多い酵素を含有する組成物から重亜硫酸塩を除去する方法に関する。更に具体的には、本発明は、酵素組成物を、少なくとも一つのアルデヒド官能基を含有する化合物と接触させて、アルデヒド−重亜硫酸塩複合体を形成し、そして重亜硫酸塩複合体を、組成物から分離することにより、重亜硫酸イオンを除去する方法に関する。更に、本発明は、酵素組成物を、少なくとも一つのアルデヒド官能基を含有する化合物と接触させて、アルデヒド−重亜硫酸塩複合体を形成し、そして重亜硫酸塩複合体を、組成物から分離することによって調製される重亜硫酸塩を含まない酵素組成物にも関する。
Claims (8)
- 重亜硫酸塩物質及び酵素を含んでなる組成物から重亜硫酸塩物質を除去する方法であって、組成物を、低分子量を有する単官能性アルデヒドと接触させて、アルデヒド−重亜硫酸塩複合体を形成し、及び、アルデヒド−重亜硫酸塩複合体を組成物から分離することを含んでなり、低分子量を有する単官能性アルデヒドがアルドース糖である、前記方法。
- 前記分離が、濾過、ディファレンシャル拡散(differential diffusion)、カラム分離、及びビーズ分離からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記低分子量を有する単官能性アルデヒドが、約5ないし約8のpHの範囲で組成物と接触する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 一つ又はそれより多い酵素が、前記アルデヒド−重亜硫酸塩複合体を形成する工程後、実質的に分解されていない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記酵素が、前記アルデヒド−重亜硫酸塩複合体を分離する工程後、実質的に分解されていない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記酵素が、植物学的供給源由来のものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記酵素が、パパイン、ブロメライン、セリンプロテアーゼ、キモトリプシン、フィシン、グルコースオキシダーゼ、ガラクトースオキシダーゼ ラクトースペルオキシダーゼ、ラクトフェリン、リゾチーム、脂肪分解酵素、アルカラーゼ、カルボヒドラーゼ、グルコアミラーゼ、デキストラナーゼ、ムターゼ、タンナーゼ、及びリパーゼからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 90%より多い酵素活性が、分離工程後、未分解である、請求項1に記載の方法。
