Description
(i)少なくとも1つの多孔質体を設けるステップと、
(ii)セラミック材料を形成し或いは堆積させるための1つ以上の前駆材料を上記多孔質体の孔内へ導入するステップと、
(iii)上記多孔質体の孔内の上記前駆材料からセラミック材料を形成し或いは堆積させることによってブレーキディスク材料を形成するステップと、
を備え、
上記前駆材料がセラミック粒子及び/又は過リン酸塩の懸濁物質を含む液体である方法を提供する。
(i)化学結合されたリン酸セラミックと、
(ii)1つ以上のセラミック材料の粒子を含む1つ以上の液体懸濁物質から孔内に堆積された1つ以上のセラミック材料と、
(iii)液体懸濁物質から最初のセラミック材料の粒子を孔内に堆積させた後にこれらの粒子をモノアルミニウムリン酸塩と反応させることによって形成できるセラミック材料と、
(vi)モノアルミニウムリン酸塩を孔内でガラス化させることによって形成できるセラミック材料と、
から選択される1つ以上の構成要素をその孔内に含む多孔質体を備えるブレーキディスクのための材料を提供する。
(i)少なくとも1つの多孔質体を設けるステップと、
(ii)セラミック材料を形成し或いは堆積させるための前駆材料を上記多孔質体の孔内へ導入するステップと、
(iii)上記多孔質体の孔内の上記前駆材料からセラミック材料を形成し或いは堆積させることによってブレーキディスク材料を形成するステップと、
を備え、
上記前駆材料がセラミック粒子及び/又は過リン酸塩の懸濁物質を含む液体である方法を提供する。
多孔質体の孔内にその場で化学結合されたリン酸セラミックを形成するステップを備える製造方法を提供する。
多孔質体の孔内にその場で化学結合されたリン酸セラミックを形成するステップを備える製造方法を提供する。
(i)化学結合されたリン酸セラミックと、
(ii)1つ以上のセラミック材料の粒子を含む1つ以上の液体懸濁物質から孔内に堆積されたセラミック材料と、
(iii)液体懸濁物質から最初のセラミック材料の粒子を孔内に堆積させた後にこれらの粒子をモノアルミニウムリン酸塩と反応させることによって形成できるセラミック材料と、
(vi)モノアルミニウムリン酸塩を孔内でガラス化させることによって形成できるセラミック材料と、
(v)多孔質体中へ個別に導入される反応物質によってその場で形成できる化学結合されたリン酸セラミック材料と、
から選択される1つ以上の構成要素をその孔内に含む多孔質体を備えるブレーキディスクのための材料を提供する。
実施例1は、標準のカーボン−カーボンブレーキディスクの孔内における化学結合されたリン酸アルミニウムセラミックの形成を示している。化学結合されたリン酸セラミックの形成前に、最初に、前駆物質がディスクの孔内へ含浸される。含浸されたディスクは、同じ条件下で検査された標準のディスクと比べて優れた性能を有する。
以下の仕様を有するPRF複合体によって供給される材料から、直径が50mmの円形のカーボン繊維布がカットされた。気中濃度約450g/sq m、二軸織45deg 225gsm及び−45deg 225gsm、縫い合わせ2プライ−6K、トウサイズCX009。
カーボン繊維布を使用し、それをリン酸中でアルミニウムモノリン酸塩の溶液及びアルミナゾルを用いて個別に処理することにより、ブレーキディスクが形成された。
Claims (24)
- 2つの係合可能な摩擦部品を備える摩擦システムの少なくとも一つの部品のための材料を形成する方法であって、
(i)少なくとも1つの多孔質体を設けるステップと、
(ii)セラミック材料を形成し或いは堆積させるための1つ以上の前駆材料を前記多孔質体の孔内へ導入するステップと、
(iii)前記多孔質体の孔内の前記前駆材料からセラミック材料を形成し或いは堆積させることによって前記部品材料を形成するステップと、
を備え、
前記前駆材料がセラミック粒子及び/又は過リン酸塩の懸濁物質を含む液体であり、前記前駆材料が前記多孔質体のほぼ全体にわたって導入される、方法。 - 前記多孔質体が、カーボン、シリコンカーバイド及びアルミニウムから選択される1つ以上の材料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質体は、カーボン−カーボン複合体を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(i)において、前記多孔質体が繊維の集合体を含み、前記集合体がカーボンを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記セラミック粒子が、アルミナ、ジルコニア、マグネシア、イットリア、シリコンカーバイド、シリカ、炭化ホウ素、窒化ホウ素、ホウ化チタン、酸化鉄、及び、酸化クロムのうちの1つ以上から選択される材料を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記前駆材料がセラミック粒子のゾルを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 真空含浸すること、前駆材料中へ少なくとも部分的に前記多孔質体を浸漬すること、前記多孔質体を前駆材料で塗ること、及び、前記多孔質体に前駆材料を吹き付けること、から選択される1つ以上の技術によって前記前駆材料が前記多孔質体の孔内へ導入される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記前駆材料のセラミック粒子が、多孔質体を電気的に帯電させること、前記多孔質本体を凍らせること、酸性材料又はアルカリ性材料を導入すること、及び、懸濁状態の粒子と反対の電荷を有する粒子を含む材料を孔内へ導入すること、から選択される1つ以上の手段によって孔内に堆積される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(ii)及び/又は前記ステップ(iii)において、前記多孔質体及び前記前駆材料が超音波処理に晒される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記前駆材料の粒子が、孔内で堆積されると直ぐに、反応し硬化し或いはガラス化され、それによりセラミック材料を形成する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記過リン酸塩が、カリウム過リン酸塩、カルシウム過リン酸塩、アンモニウム過リン酸塩、アルミニウム過リン酸塩のうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記過リン酸塩がモノアルミニウムリン酸塩を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記過リン酸塩が、前記多孔質体の孔内でガラス化されてセラミック材料を形成する、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記前駆材料が、(i)セラミック粒子の懸濁物質と、(ii)リン酸及び/又は過リン酸塩とを含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- セラミック粒子の懸濁物質を含む第1の前駆液体と過リン酸塩及び/又はリン酸を含む第2の前駆液体とが前記多孔質体の孔内へ個別に導入される、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の前駆液体の粒子が、前記第2の前駆液体の導入前に前記多孔質体の孔内に堆積される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質体が、堆積されたセラミック粒子及び過リン酸塩/リン酸を反応させ、硬化させ、或いは、ガラス化させるために加熱される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 金属酸化物の存在下において前記過リン酸塩が孔内で反応され、それにより、化学結合されたリン酸セラミックを含むセラミック材料が形成される、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記金属酸化物が二価又は三価の金属酸化物である、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 金属酸化物が、酸化アルミニウム、酸化カルシウム、酸化鉄、酸化マグネシウム、酸化亜鉛のうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(iii)又はその後の処理が前記部品材料から
(a)ブレーキディスク、
(b)クラッチプレート、
(c)マルチブレーキディスク積層体
を形成する、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記ブレーキディスクの平均表面粗さが30ミクロンRz以下である、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(i)において、2つ以上の多孔質体を設けてこれらの多孔質体を一緒に配置し、それにより、複合多孔質体を形成するステップと、
前記複合多孔質体に対して前記ステップ(ii)及び(iii)を実行し、それにより、前記材料を形成するステップと、
を備える、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 2つ以上の多孔質体を設けてこれらの多孔質体を一緒に配置し、それにより、マルチブレーキディスク積層体であってもよい複合多孔質体を形成するステップを備え、前記多孔質体のうちの少なくとも1つがその孔内にセラミック材料を含む、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
