上流側の前記加工送り手段の上部を覆う蛇腹カバー部材と、
前記加工送り手段によって加工送り方向に駆動可能に配設されて前記チャックテーブルを支持するチャックテーブル支持基台と、
前記加工送り手段の駆動で前記チャックテーブルが動く範囲に開口部を有して前記加工送り手段を覆うように配設され、加工送り方向に沿って両側に前記排水路を有するウォータケースと、
