- 基板上に有機発光素子を駆動するための駆動素子を含む駆動層と、前記駆動素子に接続された信号線と走査線を含む配線層と、前記信号線と同一方向に延在され前記有機発光素子に駆動電流を供給する第1の電流供給線とが順次積層される有機発光装置であって、
前記有機発光素子は、その発光色が少なくとも赤色、緑色、青色の何れかであり、少なくとも前記赤色、緑色、青色に発光する有機発光素子でカラー表示用の単位画素が形成され、
前記第1の電流供給線は前記カラー表示用の単位画素毎に前記走査線の延在方向に並設されており、
前記有機発光素子の有機層を挟む一対の電極のうちの上部透明電極上に形成され、かつ前記カラー表示用の単位画素毎に、前記基板上から見て前記信号線及び前記第1の電流供給線と重畳して形成され、前記信号線と平行な方向に延びる第1の補助配線と、
前記走査線と同一方向に延在され、前記第1の電流供給線と電気的に接続され、前記有機発光素子に駆動電流を供給する第2の電流供給線と、
前記上部透明電極上に形成されると共に前記第1の補助配線と電気的に接続され、前記基板上から見て前記走査線及び前記第2の電流供給線と重畳して形成され、前記走査線と平行な方向に延びる第2の補助配線と、
平面的に見て、前記走査線と前記第2の電流供給線との間の領域に形成される容量と、を備え、
前記第2の補助配線は、基板上から見て、少なくとも前記走査線及び前記第2の電流供給線並びに前記容量を覆う配線幅で形成されてなることを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置において、
前記第1の補助配線と前記第2の補助配線のうちの少なくとも1つの補助配線は、前記上部透明電極と電気的に接続するための電気的接続層を有することを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置において、
前記電気的接続層の形状は、前記第1の補助配線又は前記第2の補助配線の形状と等しいことを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置において、
前記電気的接続層は、前記上部透明電極と第1の補助配線との間、又は、前記上部透明電極と前記第2の補助配線との間に形成されていることを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 請求項4に記載の有機発光表示装置において、
前記電気的接続層を有する補助配線が、前記上部透明電極と前記電気的接続層を有さない補助配線との間に形成されていることを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置において、
前記有機発光素子は、当該有機発光素子の外側に青色、緑色、赤色の変換層を有することを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 請求項6に記載の有機発光表示装置において、
前記第1の補助配線と前記第2の補助配線の上部に遮光層を有することを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置において、
少なくとも前記赤色、緑色、青色のサブ画素からなるカラー表示用の単位画素を囲むように、前記第1の補助配線と第2の補助配線とが配置されることを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置において、
前記第1の補助配線が配置された領域の下側に、スペースを設けることを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置において、
前記第1の補助配線が配置された領域の下側に、前記第1の電流供給線を有することを特徴とする有機発光装置。 - 請求項10に記載の有機発光表示装置において、
前記第1の電流供給線と前記駆動素子とが電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置において、
前記容量の下部電極は前記走査線と同層の金属層で形成され、前記容量の上部電極は前記信号線と同層の金属層で形成されていることを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置において、
前記容量の上部電極を、前記第2の電流供給線と共用することを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法において、
前記第1の補助配線と前記第2の補助配線を形成するために、ストライプ形状の精密蒸着マスクを用いることを特徴とする有機発光表示装置の製造方法。 - 請求項14に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法において、
前記精密蒸着マスクを用いて、前記第1の補助配線とその電気接続層を形成する、又は、前記第2の補助配線とその電気接続層を形成することを特徴とする有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
