Claims (11)
- 支持台上中央部に第1の円筒状仕切体を立設し、該第1の円筒状仕切体内に中心部用Ti粉末(A)を充填し、次いで該第1の円筒状仕切体の外側にそれより大径の第2の円筒状仕切体を支持台上に同心円上に立設し、第1の円筒状仕切板外側と第2の円筒状仕切体内側とで形成される空間に中心部用Ti粉末(A)と表層部用生体材料粉末(B)との第1混合粉末を充填し、次いで、該第2円筒状仕切体の外側にそれより大径の第3円筒状仕切体を支持台上に同心円状に立設し、第2円筒状仕切体外側と第3円筒状仕切体内側とで形成される空間に前記第1混合粉末より中心部用Ti粉末(A)の配合量が少ない第2混合粉末を充填し、次いで、該第3円筒状仕切体の外側にそれより大径の第4円筒状仕切体を立設し、第3円筒状仕切体の外側と第4円筒状仕切体内側とで形成される空間に前記前記第2混合粉末より中心部用Ti粉末(A)の配合量が少ない第3混合粉末を充填し、次いで、第4円筒状仕切体の外側にそれより大径の円筒状ダイスを支持台上に同心円状に立設し、第4円筒状仕切体外側と円筒状ダイス内側とで形成される空間に表層部用生体材料粉末(B)を充填した後に、第1〜第4の円筒状仕切体を引き抜き、円柱状パンチで円筒状ダイスの上部に蓋をし、ダイス及び支持台を上下逆転した後に、支持台を取り除きダイスの上部からパンチで蓋をし、引き続き、ダイスおよびパンチ内に充填した粉末を放電プラズマ焼結装置を用いて焼結することを特徴とする生体用同心円状傾斜機能材料の製造方法。
- 円筒状仕切体の数を5本以上として、中心部と表層部との間の中心部用粉末(A)と表層部用生体材料粉末(B)との混合比が表層に向かって段階的に表層部用生体材料粉末(B)が多くなる組成傾斜した4層以上の中間層を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の生体用同心円状傾斜機能材料の製造方法。
- 支持台上に、径の異なる4本以上の複数の円筒状仕切体を同心円状に立設し、かつ、最大径の円筒状仕切体の外側に同心円状に円筒状ダイスを立設し、次いで中心の円筒状仕切体内に中心部用Ti粉末(A)を充填し、最大径の円筒状仕切体の外側と円筒状ダイスの内側とで形成される空間に表層部用生体材料粉末(B)を充填し、複数の円筒状仕切体間で形成されるそれぞれの空間には、中心部用Ti粉末(A)と表層部用生体材料粉末(B)との混合粉であって、内側から外側に向かって段階的に表層部用生体材料粉末(B)の配合比が多くなっている混合粉を充填した後に、複数の円筒状仕切体を引き抜き、円柱状パンチで円筒状ダイスの上部に蓋をし、ダイス及び支持台を上下逆転した後に、支持台を取り除きダイスの上部からパンチで蓋をし、引き続き、ダイスおよびパンチ内に充填した粉末を放電プラズマ焼結装置を用いて焼結することを特徴とする生体用同心円状傾斜機能材料の製造方法。
- 支持台上に同心円状に立設する円筒状仕切体の数を少なくとも5本以上とすることを特徴とする請求項3記載の同心円状傾斜機能材料の製造方法。
- ダイス及びパンチ内側に離型剤としてカーボンペーパーを配設することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の生体用同心円状傾斜機能材料の製造方法。
- 中心部用粉末(A)がTi粉末、または焼結後の体積比で50%以下の生体材料粉末とTi粉末との混合粉末で、表層部用生体材料粉末(B)がハイドロキシアパタイト(HAp)粉末、または第三リン酸カルシウム(β−TCP)粉末であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の生体用同心円状傾斜機能材料の製造方法。
- 中心部用粉末(A)がハイドロキシアパタイト(HAp)粉末で表層部用生体材料粉末(B)が第三リン酸カルシウム(β−TCP)粉末であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の生体用同心円状傾斜機能材料の製造方法。
- 支持台上に同心円状に立設するための4本以上の径の異なる円筒状仕切体、円筒状グラファイト製ダイスおよびパンチを備え、該支持台は、その上側にダイスの内側に嵌合できる大きさの円柱状凸起を有し、該凸起の内部に各円筒状仕切体のそれぞれと嵌合できる大きさの同心円状の階段状凹部を有することを特徴とする生体用同心円状傾斜機能材料の製造装置。
- 支持台上の前記凸起が、階段状凹部に代えて、径の異なる各円筒状仕切体のそれぞれと嵌合できる大きさの同心円状の階段状凸部を有することを特徴とする請求項8記載の生体用同心円状傾斜機能材料の製造装置。
- 支持台上の前記凸起が、階段状凹部に代えて、径の異なる各円筒状仕切体のそれぞれを嵌入することができる大きさの同心円状溝を有することを特徴とする請求項8記載の生体用同心円状傾斜機能材料の製造装置。
- 前記円筒状仕切体の材質が金属材料であることを特徴とする請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の生体用同心円状傾斜機能材料の製造装置。
