Claims (5)
- 金属酸化物と還元剤を装入して加熱燃焼領域及び還元燃焼領域に設けられたバーナによって加熱・還元する回転炉床式還元炉において、
領域内のトータルで燃焼装置の理論空気比が0.98未満となる還元燃焼領域が、全燃焼空間の少なくとも15%を占め、かつ炉の排ガス排出部で燃焼排ガスの酸素濃度が5%以下となるように設定されていることを特徴とする窒素酸化物の生成を抑える向流加熱方式の回転炉床式還元炉。 - 金属酸化物と還元剤を装入して加熱燃焼領域及び還元燃焼領域に設けられたバーナによって加熱・還元する回転炉床式還元炉において、
領域内のトータルで燃焼装置の理論空気比が0.96未満となる還元燃焼領域が、全燃焼空間の少なくとも10%を占め、かつ炉の排ガス排出部で燃焼排ガスの酸素濃度が5%以下となるように設定されていることを特徴とする窒素酸化物の生成を抑える向流加熱方式の回転炉床式還元炉。 - 炉内の未燃ガスを完全燃焼する完全燃焼領域内では空気のみを吹き込むか、もしくは燃焼装置の理論空気比が1.2以上であり、かつ該完全燃焼領域の容積が全燃焼領域の少なくとも10%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の窒素酸化物の生成を抑える向流加熱方式の回転炉床式還元炉。
- 還元燃焼領域の平均温度が1350°C未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の窒素酸化物の生成を抑える向流加熱方式の回転炉床式還元炉。
- 金属酸化物と還元剤を装入して加熱燃焼領域及び還元燃焼領域に設けられたバーナによって加熱・還元する回転炉床式還元炉の操業方法において、
領域内のトータルで燃焼装置の理論空気比が0.98未満となる還元燃焼領域が、全燃焼空間の少なくとも15%を占め、かつ炉の排ガス排出部で燃焼排ガスの酸素濃度が5%以下となるようにバーナを燃焼させることを特徴とする窒素酸化物の生成を抑える向流加熱方式の回転炉床式還元炉の操業方法。
