Claims (6)
- 内周に軸線方向に延びる三本のトラック溝を設けると共に各トラック溝の内側壁に互いに対向するトラニオン脚軸案内面を設けた外側継手部材と、前記トラック溝に挿入されてトルク伝達部となる三本の脚軸を有するトラニオンとでもって構成し、前記脚軸のトルク伝達部の外径面を凸曲面とするとともに、前記外側継手部材の互いに対向するトラニオン脚軸案内面を平行な平坦面とし、かつ、脚軸ピッチ円と脚軸中心軸の交点を含みかつ脚軸中心軸に垂直な面上の脚軸外径面の曲率半径をR1とし、脚軸中心軸を含みかつ継手中心線と垂直な面上の脚軸外径面の曲率半径をR2としたときに、R1<R2としたことを特徴とするトリポード型等速自在継手。
- 前記トラニオン脚軸案内面は、作動角をとって外側継手部材の中心線に対してトラニオン中心が偏心した状態での脚軸断面幅増加量を見込んだ案内面長さ及び幅を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトリポード型等速自在継手。
- トラニオンの脚軸の外径面が、研削又は焼入鋼切削で仕上げられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のトリポード型等速自在継手。
- トラニオンに対して熱処理が施され、この熱処理が浸炭焼入焼戻しまたは浸炭窒化焼入焼戻しで行われていること特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のトリポード型等速自在継手。
- 少なくとも、脚軸付根および外側継手部材の案内面と接触する部位に硬化層を有し、この硬化層が、高周波焼入れ焼戻しにて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のトリポード型等速自在継手。
- 少なくとも、脚軸付根および外側継手部材の案内面と接触する部位を省く部分が鍛造肌であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のトリポード型等速自在継手。
