Description
−プレフォームの厚さは、極めて小さい変化を示す、または、均一の温度プロフィール(図57)を得ることをより容易にするために本質的に一定でもよい;
−プレフォームの厚さは、上述した分離領域(図59)の近くで存在する延伸の局地化を補うように、管状の要素53および成形要素30間の分離領域の近くでより厚くてもよい;
−プレフォームの下部領域111の厚さは可変であってもよく、好ましくは、側壁(図59および60)の厚さに関して薄い;
−プレフォームは、ブローまたは延伸ブロー成形段階前に成形要素30がプレフォームから取り外されるのを可能にする抜けこう配を有してもよい。これらの抜けこう配は、例えば間隔3°‐7°に属する振幅を有する(図57、58および59において示されるプレフォームは、同じ重量を有するが、異なる形状を有する);
−プレフォームは、生じられる(図60)コンテナの形状に従いプラスチック投与の軸方向の局地化を示してもよい;
−プレフォームは、円形でないが、例えば、長円(図61)または、四角形(図62)または三角形(図63)のような多角形である可能性のある断面を有してもよい−周辺の厚さの局地化は生じられるコンテナの形状による。
−成形ツールは、プラスチック挿入段階および圧縮成形段階の間の重合体の溶融の温度に近い温度から、成形ツールで得られたプレフォームの分離段階、熱的なバランスの段階およびプレフォームのブローまたは延伸ブロー成形の段階において80‐160℃以下の温度になる;
−成形ツールの温度は、さらなる空洞手段5の外部本体に沿って、および成形パンチ手段103内部で異なる回路を用いて、および/または、流量および上述した回路を通じて流れる冷却液圧力に作用することにより、区別される。例えば、異なる範囲で変形を受けるプレフォームの部分は、異なる温度に導かれることができ、特にブローまたは延伸ブロー成形段階の間、かなりの変形を受けるプレフォームの部分は、より小さい範囲が変形するプレフォームの部分と比較してより高温に導かれる;
−成形ツールは、プラスチックと接触する成形ツールの部分の表面温度だけを調整するように、成形ツールの外側(放射線生成手段、空気ブロー生成手段など)または、成形ツールの内側(調節液、電気加熱要素など)に配置された熱的な調節手段の動作を受ける。
Claims (2)
- 複数の成形装置(1)を支持するカルーセル(55)を含み、各々の成形装置(1)がコンテナ(2)を得るためにプレフォーム(8)を膨張させるように配置されるブロー成形手段(4)を含み、該ブロー成形手段(4)がパンチ手段(7)と協働するダイ手段(9)を含み、該成形装置(1)が該プレフォーム(8)を得るためプラスチックの投与(37)を圧縮成形するため該パンチ手段(7)と協働するさらなるダイ手段(5)を含む圧縮成形手段(3)をさらに含む機械であって、該さらなるダイ手段(5)は該ダイ手段(9)とは異なり、該さらなるダイ手段(5)は、該プラスチック投与(37)が該さらなるダイ手段(5)に挿入され、該さらなるダイ手段(5)が該ダイ手段(9)の下に配置される低下位置(K)、および、該パンチ手段(7)が該さらなるダイ手段(5)で受容される上昇位置(J)の間で、該装置(1)の縦軸(A)に沿って移動可能であることにおいて特徴付けられる機械。
- 前記ダイ手段(9)が、第1の半型手段(12)および第2の半型手段(13)と、該第1の半型手段(12)および該第2の半型手段(13)を互いに近づくように、および互いに離れるように移動するために配置される移動手段とを含み、
前記移動手段が、前記第1の半型手段(12)および前記第2の半型手段(13)が互いに間隔を置かれる開構造(C)と、該第1の半型手段(12)および該第2の半型手段(13)が互いに接触し、相互作用して前記プレフォーム(8)を膨張させる閉構造(D)との間で、該第1の半型手段(12)および該第2の半型手段(13)を移動し、
前記第1の半型手段(12)および前記第2の半型手段(13)が、前記コンテナ(2)の側方部分を形成するために配置された空洞形成手段(15;19)が作成される本体手段(14;18)、および、該コンテナ(2)の下部部分を形成するために配置されたさらなる空洞形成手段(22;23)が作成される下部要素手段(16;20)を含み、
