Description
齲歯の形成を予防する方法は、この半世紀に大きく進歩した。これらの方法には、様々な技術及び抗菌剤を用いた歯垢バイオフィルムの機械的除去を定期的に行うこと、甘い食物及び飲料の摂取頻度を減少させることをねらいとした食事カウンセリング、及び、エナメル質のハイドロキシアパタイトへのフッ素イオン塗布に基づく最も効果のある予防的技術が含まれる。フッ化物による齲歯の予防は、エナメル質のハイドロキシアパタイト中の水酸基をフッ素イオンで置換すると、酸への溶解に対し抵抗性を得るという考えに発している。形成されたフルオロハイドロキシアパタイト又はフルオロアパタイトは、齲歯進展に対するエナメル質表面の抵抗性を驚くほど高める。

1.Ca(NO3)2・4H2O溶液の調製
116.8gのCa(NO3)2・4H2Oを、50ミリリットルの蒸留水/エタノール混合物(比率1:1)に37℃で溶解させ、このようにして得られた溶液のpH値を、濃アンモニア(およそ0.4ミリリットル)を用いてpH=9に調整する。
39.1gの(NH4)2HPO4を、50ミリリットルの蒸留水に37℃で溶解させ、このようにして調製された溶液のpH値を、濃アンモニア(4ミリリットル)を用いてpH=9に調整する。
上述の方法で製造された生成物5gをチロースの2パーセント溶液中に分散させ、得られた混合物に25ミリリットルの0.1パーセントクロルヘキシジンを加えて、次にこの混合物を超音波でホモジナイズする(100Wで5分間)。最終生成物は希薄であり、沈降の傾向を示すため、即時適用に適する。使用前によく撹拌することが必要な場合がある。
5gの生成物をチロースの2パーセント溶液(チロースを50ミリリットルの水に溶解し、この溶液に25ミリリットルの0.1パーセントクロルヘキシジンを加え、そして全量を100ミリリットルとする)中に分散させる。最初に、このチロース溶液の少量を、秤量したゲル(5g、5%含有混合物を得るため)に加え、この混合物をよく撹拌し、次にチロースの残量を加え、この混合物をガラス棒で再びよく撹拌する。続いて、実施例1の場合と同様に、超音波でホモジナイズする。結果として得られる生成物は実施例1の場合よりも粘稠性であるが、まだ沈降の傾向を示すため、やはり即時適用に適しており、又は使用前によく撹拌することが必要な場合がある。
10gの生成物をチロースの4パーセント溶液(チロースを60ミリリットルの水に溶解し、この溶液に25ミリリットルの0.1パーセントクロルヘキシジンを加え、そしてビーカー内で直接全量を100ミリリットルとする)中に分散させる。最初に、このチロース溶液の少量を、秤量したゲル(5g、5%含有混合物を得るため)に加え、この混合物をよく撹拌し、次にチロースの残量を加え、この混合物をガラス棒で再びよく撹拌する。続いて、実施例1の場合と同様に、超音波でホモジナイズする。結果として得られる生成物の粘度は、本適用の必要条件に合っており、即ち、ほとんど沈殿しない。
10gの生成物をチロースの4パーセント溶液(チロースを60ミリリットルの水に溶解し、この溶液に25ミリリットルの0.1パーセントクロルヘキシジンを加え、そしてビーカー内で直接全量を100ミリリットルとする)中に分散させる。最初に、このチロース溶液の少量を、秤量したゲル(5g、5%含有混合物を得るため)に加え、この混合物をよく撹拌し、次にチロースの残量及び5ミリリットルのイチゴシロップを加え、この混合物をガラス棒で再びよく撹拌する。続いて、5分間超音波処理する。結果として得られる生成物の粘度は、実施例3の場合と同じである。
ガラス質マトリクスのタンパク質(アメロゲニン、アメロブラスチン、エナメリン及びツフテリン)の混合物の1パーセントを加えること以外は、実施例4に説明されるのと同じ手順を用いる。
家庭でのケアとしては、歯磨剤、ペースト剤、チューインガム、歯科用糸及びフォーム剤が考えられる。ゲル剤、粉剤及び塗布剤は、プロフェッショナルなケアの範疇で使用され得る。
Claims (2)
- 歯表面の欠損の修復による初期齲歯の予防及び処置のための薬剤であって、Ca/P質量比が1.2〜2.2の範囲であり、且つ、リンの2p電子の結合エネルギーが131eV〜136eVであるリン酸カルシウムゲルを含み、そして、少なくとも1種類の補助歯科用物質を含んでもよい薬剤であって、該リン酸カルシウムゲルが、水/エタノール混合物中のCa(NO 3 ) 2 の溶液であってアンモニアが加えられた溶液と、(NH 4 ) 2 HPO 4 の水溶液であってアンモニアが加えられた水溶液とを混合することにより得られる生成物を濾過することにより製造される薬剤。
- メチルセルロース又は/及びグルコン酸クロルへキシジンの水溶液をさらに含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の薬剤。
