Claims (3)
- 基板上に互いに交差するように対向配置される信号電極と走査電極との間に少なくとも発光層を有する有機層を積層形成してなる有機EL素子を備えた有機ELパネルであって、
前記信号電極は、マトリクス状に複数配置される画素電極と前記画素電極に接続される配線電極とを有し、それぞれ異なる前記配線電極と接続される前記画素電極が前記走査電極との交差方向に複数個隣り合って1ユニットを構成するように形成され、
前記走査電極は、前記画素電極の1ユニットと対向するように形成され、
前記画素電極は、端部に少なくとも1つの切り欠き部を有し、
前記配線電極は、前記画素電極の各列間に形成され、他の配線電極と接続される前記画素電極に沿って部分的に湾曲あるいは屈折するように形成され、
前記走査電極の下方には発光画素となる開口部を有する絶縁層を設け、
前記開口部は、前記切り欠き部に応じた一部が欠けた形状であり、前記交差方向に直線状に配設されてなることを特徴とする有機ELパネル。 - 前記配線電極上に形成され、前記配線電極よりも電気抵抗の低い材料からなる補助電極を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機ELパネル。
- 前記配線電極は、前記基板の一辺側に向けて配線されてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機ELパネル。
