Claims (8)
- 自身で折れ曲がらないよう充分な剛性を有し、かつ人体内管の曲線に追従できるよう充分に柔軟な細いチューブ(10)を備える、人体内管内に挿入されるようになっている腔内医療装置であって、
チューブ(10)が、人体内管内に挿入されるようになっている第1端部(12)と、受容装置(16)に接続された第2端部(14)と、第1端部と2つの端部の間にレイアウトされた場所との間に含まれる挿入部分であって、少なくとも部分的に人体内管に挿入されるようになっている挿入部分とを有し、
容器(20)が、少なくとも最小値に等しい幅の少なくとも1つの結合バンドにより、少なくとも、細いチューブ(10)にほぼ平行な側面上にそれぞれ固設されたプラスチック材料の2つの重ねられたリーフで形成され、使用前に細いチューブの挿入部分を防水密閉するためのものであり、
容器(20)が、容器(20)の外側の管の第1端部(12)が人体内管に挿入されるよう第1端部を通すための開口部を形成するようになっていて、その目的のため、この開口部の形成のために優先的に分割する少なくとも1つの部分を有し、
容器(20)のリーフのプラスチック材料が配向ポリマであり
配向ポリマの配向方向が腔内装置のチューブの延長方向に対しほぼ横断方向であり、
容器(20)の重ねられたリーフが少なくとも把持部分(26、28、30;32、34、36)及び把持ゾーン(23、25)を形成し、把持部分及び把持ゾーンが優先的分離部分の両側に配設され、
容器(20)が2つの端部把持部分(32、34)と、容器(20)に沿って横方向に外部に向かって変位した1つの中間把持部分(30、36)とを含み、
把持部分が指を通すことが可能な孔(32、34、36)を含み、
チューブ(10)が、容器(20)の呼吸作用を可能にするための通気孔システム(18、19)を有することを特徴とする腔内装置。 - 優先的分離部分(22、24;33、35、37、46)が、結合バンドの幅を減少しプラスチック材料の2つのリーフの破断の起点部を形成する凹部を、少なくとも結合バンド内に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腔内装置。
- 容器(20)が、少なくとも2つの優先的分離部分(22、24;33、35、37、39)と、一方(30;36)が2つの優先的分離部分の間に配設され、他方が2つの優先的分離部分の間に含まれる容器の切片の外側に配設される少なくとも2つの把持部分(26、28、30;32、34、36)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の腔内装置。
- 少なくとも把持部分(30;36)が容器(20)に沿って横方向に外部に向かって変位していることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の腔内装置。
- プラスチック材料の2つのリーフの破断の開始部が、横方向に変位した中間把持部分(36)の近傍に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の腔内装置。
- 重ねられたリーフのプラスチック材料が、配向ポリエチレン及び二重配向ポリエチレンの中から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の腔内装置。
- 受容装置がポケットへの固定用エンドピース(16)であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の腔内装置。
- 受容装置がポケットであることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の腔内装置。
