樹脂層用塗料として下記塗料成分からなる混合物をディスパーにて1時間分散することによって得られた塗料を、膜厚80μm、全光線透過率92%からなる透明基体のTACの片面上に、下側からダイコーティング方式にて塗布し、そのままの状態で20秒静置し、100℃で1分間乾燥後、窒素雰囲気中で120W/cm集光型高圧水銀灯1灯で紫外線照射(照射距離10cm、照射時間30秒)を行い、塗工膜を硬化させた。このようにして、厚さ7μmの樹脂層を有する実施例1の光学機能層フィルムを得た。尚、電子顕微鏡にて観察したところ、透明微粒子は、1〜20μmの範囲から外れるものは確認されなかった(以下、すべての例に関しても同様)。
JIS K7105に従い、ヘイズメーター(商品名:NDH2000、日本電色社製)を用いて測定
透過像鮮明度
JIS K7105に従い、写像性測定器(商品名:ICM−1DP、スガ試験機社製)を用い、測定器を透過モードに設定し、光学くし幅0.5mmにて測定
ヘイズ値
ヘイズ値は、JIS K7105に従い、ヘイズメーター(商品名:NDH2000、日本電色社製)を用いて測定した。
「内部ヘイズ値」は、光学積層フィルムの微細凹凸形状表面に、粘着剤付透明性シートを貼り合わせた状態のもののヘイズ値から粘着剤付透明性シートのヘイズ値を引いた値である。
内部ヘイズを測定する際に使用した粘着剤付透明性シートは、以下の通りである。
透明性シート:成分 ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)
厚さ 38μm
粘着材層 :成分 アクリル系粘着剤
厚さ 10μm
粘着剤付透明性シートのヘイズ 3.42
防眩性
防眩性は、透過画像鮮明度の値が0〜30のとき◎、31〜70のとき○、71〜100のとき×とした。
コントラスト
コントラストは各実施例及び各比較例の光学積層体形成面と反対面に、無色透明な粘着層を介して液晶ディスプレイ(商品名:LC−37GX1W、シャープ社製)の画面表面に貼り合せ、液晶ディスプレイ画面の正面上方60°の方向から蛍光灯(商品名:HH4125GL、ナショナル社製)にて液晶ディスプレイ表面の照度が200ルクスとなるようにした後、液晶ディスプレイを白表示及び黒表示としたときの輝度を色彩輝度計(商品名:BM−5A、トプコン社製)にて測定し、得られた黒表示時の輝度(cd/m2)と白表示時の輝度(cd/m2)を以下の式にて算出した時の値が、600〜800のとき×、801〜1000のとき○、1001〜1200のとき◎とした。

ギラツキ
ギラツキは、各実施例及び各比較例の光学積層体形成面と反対面に、無色透明な粘着層を介して解像度が50ppiの液晶ディスプレイ(商品名:LC−32GD4、シャープ社製)と、解像度が100ppiの液晶ディスプレイ(商品名:LL−T1620−B、シャープ社製)と、解像度が120ppiの液晶ディスプレイ(商品名:LC−37GX1W、シャープ社製)と、解像度が140ppiの液晶ディスプレイ(商品名:VGN−TX72B、ソニー社製)と、解像度が150ppiの液晶ディスプレイ(商品名:nw8240−PM780、日本ヒューレットパッカード社製)と、解像度が200ppiの液晶ディスプレイ(商品名:PC−CV50FW、シャープ社製)の画面表面にそれぞれ貼り合わせ、暗室にて液晶ディスプレイを緑表示とした後、各液晶TVの法線方向から解像度200ppiのCCDカメラ(CV−200C、キーエンス社製)にて撮影した画像において、輝度バラツキが確認されない時の解像度の値が、0〜50ppiのとき×、51〜140ppiのとき○、141〜200ppiのとき◎とした。
Claims (4)
- 透光性基体の片面又は両面に、直接又は他の層を介して、屈折率が異なる複数の透光性微粒子を含有する光学機能層を少なくとも設けた光学積層体において、前記光学機能層の透光性基体側より表層側に低屈折率の透光性微粒子が偏在しており、前記透光性微粒子が、その個数の95%以上が電子顕微鏡による粒径の実測値で1〜20μmである透光性球状樹脂微粒子であり、前記光学機能層が、少なくとも放射線硬化型樹脂と、一種又は複数種の低屈折性透光性微粒子及び一種又は複数種の高屈折性透光性微粒子とを含有し、前記放射線硬化型樹脂と前記低屈折性透光性微粒子の屈折率差が±0.05以下の範囲にあることを特徴とする光学積層体。
- 前記放射線硬化型樹脂と前記高屈折性透光性微粒子の屈折率差が0.05以上の範囲にある、請求項1記載の光学積層体。
- 前記高屈折性透光性微粒子が前記低屈折性透光性微粒子よりも相対的に前記透光性基体側に存在することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の光学積層体。
- 前記光学機能層が凹凸構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか一項に記載の光学積層体。
