Claims (10)
- 所定長さの電線(100)を有する接地路と、
第1側部(54)、第2側部(74)、及び前記電線を受容すると共に前記電線に電気的に接触するよう構成された、前記側部の各々における領域を有する接続要素(50)と、
該接続要素に摺動可能に取り付けられたシャトル(20)と
を具備する接地クリップシステム(10)であって、
前記シャトルは、前記接続要素上で多様な位置をとることができ、
該多様な位置には、開位置及び閉位置が含まれており、
前記シャトルは、前記電線を受容するために幅方向に形成された溝(24)をさらに有し、
該溝は、前記接続要素の前記第1側部及び前記第2側部と係合するため、前記溝内に形成されると共に前記溝に対してほぼ直交する少なくとも2個のスロット(26,28)をさらに有し、
本体(22)の前記溝内に前記所定長さの電線を配置し、前記開位置から前記閉位置まで前記シャトルを摺動させることにより、前記電線を受容するよう構成された前記側部の各々における前記領域内に前記所定長さの電線を挿入し、前記所定長さの電線と電気的に接触し、
前記接続要素は、前記側部の各々の上縁に沿って形成された複数のフランジ(66,68,70)をさらに有し、
該フランジの各々は、前記シャトルと協働して前記接続要素上の前記シャトルの位置を変化させることを特徴とする接地クリップシステム。 - 前記接続要素を基板に取り付けるための取付ねじ(110)をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の接地クリップシステム。
- 前記接続要素は、前記第1側部及び前記第2側部の各々に形成された圧接型スロット(60)をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の接地クリップシステム。
- 前記シャトルは、前記接続要素に形成された前記フランジと協働するために、前記シャトル内に形成された第1開口(30)及び第2開口(32)をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の接地クリップシステム。
- 前記電線を受容するよう構成された前記側部の各々における前記領域は、前記電線を固定するための保持切欠(61)をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の接地クリップシステム。
- 前記シャトルは、誘電性材料及び導電性材料の少なくとも一方から製造されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の接地クリップシステム。
- 本体(52)を有する接続要素(50)と、該接続要素に摺動可能に取り付けられたシャトル(20)とを具備する接地クリップ装置であって、
前記本体は、水平な基部(53)と、該基部と一体に形成された垂直の第1側部(54)及び第2側部(74)とを有し、
該側部の各々は、電線(100)を受容し該電線と電気的に接触するための保持切欠(61)をさらに有し、
前記シャトルは本体(22)を有し、
前記シャトルの前記本体は、前記接続要素の前記本体上で開位置及び閉位置間を移動可能であり、
前記本体(22)は、該本体の内部の幅方向に形成された溝(24)をさらに有し、
該溝は、前記接続要素の前記第1側部及び第2側部と係合するため、前記溝内に形成されると共に前記溝に対してほぼ直交する少なくとも2個のスロット(26,28)をさらに有し、
前記接続要素は、前記側部の各々の上縁に沿って形成された複数のフランジ(66,68,70)をさらに有し、
該フランジの各々は、前記シャトルと協働して前記接続要素上の前記シャトルの位置を変化させることを特徴とする接地クリップ装置。 - 前記接続要素の前記基部は、酸化物、被膜、絶縁物及び他の障害物を突き刺すための障害物突き刺し構造(92)をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項7記載の接地クリップ装置。
- 前記接続要素は、前記第1側部及び前記第2側部の各々に形成された圧接型スロット(60)をさらに具備し、
該圧接型スロットに保持切欠(61)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の接地クリップ装置。 - 前記シャトルは、前記接続要素に形成された前記フランジと協働するために、前記シャトル内に形成された第1開口(30)及び第2開口(32)をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項7記載の接地クリップ装置。
