Description

本発明は、面ファスナー組立品、特に発泡物と共に金型で成型する面ファスナー組立品に関する。
公知技術の面ファスナーは、スイスの技師、ジョルジュ・デ・メストラルが草の実の刺から発想を得て発明したものである。フック面上に設けた複数の細かいフック体（hook）と、複数のさらに細かい環状貼り合わせ構造が設けられたもう１つのループ面（loop）とを利用して、相互に貼り合わせる。前記フック面をループ面に押し付けると、フック面上のフック体がループ面上の環状貼り合わせ構造に引っかかり、両者を貼り合わせることができる。
面ファスナーは、貼り合わせやすく、剥がしやすいという特性を有し、近年、他の物と組み合わせて使用されることもよくある。面ファスナーを背もたれまたは緩衝クッションなどの発泡物において使用するときに、面ファスナーのフック体を外向きにし、面ファスナーを背もたれと結合すると、対応するループ面を含む他の物に貼り合わせるのに便利である。面ファスナーを背もたれと結合する製造方法は、通常、面ファスナーを金型の中の所定の位置に置いてから、発泡材料を注入し、発泡材料の硬化が完了した後に、面ファスナーと発泡材料とを共同の金型で成型するというものである。しかし、発泡プロセスにおいて、発泡材料が面ファスナーのフック体を覆い、発泡後の完成品の面ファスナーのフック体が対応する貼り合わせ構造に相互に貼り合わせることができず、不良品となり、製造コストの無駄をもたらすことがよくある。こうした発泡材料によるフック体構造の破壊によってもたらされる面ファスナーの破損を解決するため、従来の方法では、他層の臨時保護膜を利用してフック体を一時的に覆い、面ファスナーと発泡材料を共同の金型で成型した後に剥がしている。
また、発泡材料の膨張プロセスにおいて、膨張のために発泡材料に各方向への推力が生成する。面ファスナーを金型の中の所定の位置に安定して設置することができない場合、発泡プロセスにおいて生成する推力が、往々にして面ファスナーを本来の所定の位置から押し、金型で成型された発泡物の面ファスナーの位置がずれ、不良品となる。
前記の欠点を改善するため、特許文献１では、鉄片を含む臨時保護膜が面ファスナー上に設けてある。発泡プロセスにおいて、その貼り合わせ面を保護可能なフック体が、発泡材料によって覆われず、面ファスナーは、発泡プロセスにおいて、金型上の磁石に吸着され、固定される。但し、こうした臨時保護膜は、金型で成型した後に、加熱または化学薬剤の使用により除去する必要があり、手順が煩雑で、使用上の不便が多い。

前記の欠点を克服するため、本発明は、複数のフック体が突出した第１表面および第２表面を有する第１テープ体と、第２テープ体とを含む面ファスナー組立品を提供する。面ファスナー組立品は、磁性物質を有する第１保護層および第２保護層をさらに含む。第１保護層は、第１テープ体の長手方向に沿って第１表面の両側部に設けられ、一部のフック体をその中に嵌め込む。第２保護層は、第１保護層と相互に貼り合わせ、第１表面上のフック体を覆う。また、第２テープ体は、第１テープ体の第２表面上に粘着する。
本発明の主な目的は、フック体を覆う保護層を有するため、発泡材料がフック体の構造を破壊し、影響を及ぼして破損することを防止する、発泡工程に使用可能な面ファスナー組立品を提供することである。
本発明のもう１つの目的は、保護層を有するため、発泡材料の膨張により生成する圧力に抵抗することにより、フック体を保護し、変形または圧損を発生させない、発泡工程に使用可能な面ファスナー組立品を提供することである。
本発明のもう１つの目的は、磁性物質を有するため、磁力を利用して金型に簡単に固定することができ、発泡工程の完了後に、面ファスナー組立品を金型から取り外しやすい、発泡工程に使用可能な面ファスナー組立品を提供することである。
また、本発明では、金型で一体成形された発泡材料座体および少なくとも１つの面ファスナー組立品を含む面ファスナー組立品を有するクッションを提供する。面ファスナー組立品は、第１表面および第２表面を有する第１テープ体と、第２表面に粘着した第２テープ体とを主に含む。第１表面上には、複数のフック体が突出している。面ファスナー組立品は、磁性物質を有する第１保護層および第２保護層をさらに含む。第１保護層は、第１テープ体の長手方向に沿って第１表面の両側部に設けられ、一部のフック体をその中に嵌め込む。第２保護層は、第１保護層と相互に貼り合わせ、第１表面上のフック体を覆う。また、発泡材料座体は、面ファスナー組立品の第２テープ体と相互に嵌め合わせる。
本発明のもう１つの目的は、保護層を有し、クッションの発泡製造プロセスにおいて、発泡材料が面ファスナー組立品のフック体構造を破壊して面ファスナー組立品の破損をもたらすことを防止することができる、面ファスナー組立品を有するクッションを提供することである。
本発明のもう１つの目的は、保護層を含み、クッションの発泡製造プロセスにおいて、発泡材料の膨張により生成する圧力に抵抗することにより、面ファスナー組立品のフック体を保護し、変形または圧損を発生させない、面ファスナー組立品を有するクッションを提供することである。
本発明のさらにもう１つの目的は、磁性物質を有し、クッションの発泡製造プロセスにおいて、磁力を利用して金型に簡単に固定することができ、発泡工程の完了後に、面ファスナー組立品を金型から取り外しやすい、面ファスナー組立品を有するクッションを提供することである。

本発明は、面ファスナー組立品およびクッションを開示する。利用する物理原理および関連素子の基本的な接続関係は、関連技術分野の通常の知識を有する者はすでに理解することができるため、以下の文中での説明では、完全な描写を行なわない。また、以下の文中で対照する図面は、本発明の特徴に関する概要を表すためのものであり、実際の状況に基づき完全に作成する必要はない。
先ず、図１Ａおよび図１Ｂは、それぞれ本発明の第１実施例の面ファスナー組立品の概要図および図１Ａの図中のＡＡ線に沿った断面概要図である。面ファスナー組立品１は、第１テープ体１４と、第２テープ体１３と、第１保護層１２と、第２保護層１１とを含む。第１テープ体１４の第１表面１４０上には、複数のフック体１４２が突出し、第２テープ体１３は、第１テープ体１４の第２表面１４１上に粘着する。第２テープ体１３は、後続する発泡金型成型の発泡材料と相互に嵌め合わせるために用いられ、面ファスナー組立品１を支持し、全体的な強度を補強し、工程において、操作のためにテープ体が折れ曲がり、または変形することを防止することができる。第２テープ体１３の好ましい材質は、不織布、繊維生地または表面に微細構造を有し、発泡材料と結合可能なその他のものとすることができる。
第１テープ体１４の長手方向に沿って、第１表面１４０の両側部１４３に、磁性物質１５を有する第１保護層１２が設けてあり、側壁構造を形成する。かつ、第１保護層１２は、本来、第１表面１４０に突出した一部のフック体１４２を第１保護層１２の中に嵌め込むことにより、第１保護層１２と第１テープ体１４との結合をさらに安定したものにする。第１保護層１２の中には、磁性物質１５を有し、これによって、発泡工程の金型中に設けた磁石が相互に吸着する。
第２保護層１１と第１保護層１２とを相互に貼り合わせ、第１表面１４０のフック体１４２を覆う。第２保護層１１は、粘着テープ、熱圧またはその他の物理的または化学的方式を利用して、第１保護層１２の上部に貼り合わせる。これによって、第１保護層１２と第２保護層１１が共同で、第１表面１４０および第１表面１４０に突出したフック体１４２を完全に覆う。また、第２保護層１１は、第１保護層１２の中の成分と同じ磁性物質１５をさらに含むことができる。磁性物質１５は、鉄粉とすることが比較的好ましく、または鉄系合金でもよく、磁石に吸着可能であることが重点である。また、第１保護層１２の好ましい材質は、ポリウレタン（polyurethane,PU）とすることができる。ポリウレタン材料は、印刷方式によって、第１テープ体１４上に印刷してなすことができる。第２保護層１１の材質は、紙などのいかなる可撓性材質とすることができる。
図１Ｂに示すように、製造上、磁性物質１５を第２保護層１１の中に混入し、第２保護層１１の中でほぼ均一に分布するようにすることができる。または、図１Ｃに示すように、塗布技術を利用して、磁性物質を第２保護層１１の第１テープ体１４に向かい合う表面にほぼ均一に塗布する。
図１Ｄは、本発明の第１実施例のもう１つの概要図である。第２保護層１１の第１テープ体１４に向かい合う表面上に、複数の貼り合わせ構造１１１をさらに設け、貼り合わせ構造１１１とフック体１４２とを相互に貼り合わせる。これによって、第２保護層１１が第１表面１４０上を覆い、第１保護層１２と共同で、第１表面１４０および第１表面１４０に突出したフック体１４２を完全に覆う。
図１Ｅは、本発明の第１実施例の面ファスナー組立品の発泡金型における設置概要図である。発泡材料を利用してワークを製造するときに、第１保護層１２および第２保護層１１の中に磁性物質１５を有するため、金型３上の磁石３２によって、磁力を利用して吸引することができ、面ファスナー組立品１全体を、金型３の上に固定することができる。金型での成型の後、発泡材料と第２テープ体１３とを相互に嵌め合わせるため、面ファスナー組立品１は、金型で成型した発泡物に伴い、簡単に金型から取り外すことができる。また、第２保護層１１および第１表面１４０の両側部１４３に側壁構造を形成した第１保護層１２が共同で、第１表面１４０および第１表面１４０に突出したフック体１４２を完全に覆うため、こうした設計の面ファスナー組立品１は、従来の面ファスナーに比べ、発泡プロセスにおいてフック体１４２を保護することができ、過度に膨張した発泡材料を注入することにより面ファスナー組立品１が破損することがない。また、発泡プロセスにおいて、発泡材料は膨張時に各方向に押す圧力を生成し、発泡程度の制御が不適切であると、押す圧力が大きくなりすぎる。従来の面ファスナーは、往々にして、このために押され、フック体が変形する。このとき、本発明で設計する面ファスナー組立品１は側壁構造を形成した第２保護層１１を有するため、面ファスナー組立品１が前記発泡材料の膨張によって生成する押す力に抵抗する。第１保護層１２と第２保護層１１とが共同で、密閉した空間を囲い出し、フック体１４２をその中に覆い、フック体１４２が前記押す力を受けて変形しないようにし、フック体１４２が押されて破損しないようにする。
図１Ｆは、本発明の第１実施例のもう１つの概要図である。さらに優れた磁力吸着固定効果を達成するため、面ファスナー組立品１は、さらに第１テープ体１４と第２テープ体１３との間に磁性物質層１６を設けることができる。磁性物質層１６も磁性物質１５を有することができるため、面ファスナー組立品１を金型３上に設置するときに、磁石３２は、第１保護層１２および第２保護層１１に磁性吸着力を提供するだけでなく、磁性物質層１６にも磁力を提供し、面ファスナー組立品１を金型３の上にさらに安定して置くことができる。かつ、発泡プロセスにおいて、発泡材料が膨張することによって生成される推力の影響をさらに受けにくくなるため、面ファスナー組立品１が本来の所定の位置から押される。
本発明は、前記第１実施例の面ファスナー組立品を提供するだけでなく、次の第２実施例に記載する面ファスナー組立品を有するクッションも提供する。
図２（ａ）は、本発明の第２実施例で提供するクッションの概要図である。クッション２は、発泡材料座体２０と、少なくとも１つの面ファスナー組立品１とを含む。発泡材料座体２０および面ファスナー組立品１の両者は、金型で製造され一体成形されている。図２（ｂ）は、図２（ａ）の面ファスナー組立品１の拡大概要図である。面ファスナー組立品１は、第１実施例に記載したように、第１テープ体１４と、第１表面１４０と、第２表面１４１と、フック体１４２と、第２テープ体１３と、第１保護層１２と、第２保護層１１とを有する。かつ、前記各素子の組成の特徴および相互の接続関係は、第１実施例における記載とほぼ同じであるため、ここでは繰り返し述べない。また、発泡材料座体２０を、面ファスナー組立品１の第２テープ体１３に嵌め合わせる。これによって、クッション２を、面ファスナー組立品１と、対応する貼り合わせ構造を有する物（背もたれカバーまたは背もたれ本体など）とによって、相互に貼り合わせて固定することができる。
また、発泡材料座体２０は、さらに少なくとも１つの凹溝２０１を有し、面ファスナー組立品１をその中に収容し、クッション２と貼り合わせ構造に対応するその他の物との組み合わせを増進する。

Claims (2)

  1. 複数のフック体が突出した第１表面と、第２表面とを有する第１テープ体を含む面ファスナー組立品において、
    磁性物質を含み、該第１テープ体の長手方向に沿って該第１表面の両側部に設け、側壁構造を各自形成し、一部のフック体をその中に嵌め込む第１保護層と、
    該磁性物質を含み、該第１保護層と相互に貼り合わせ、該第１表面の該フック体を覆う第２保護層と、
    該第１テープ体の第２表面に粘着する第２テープ体と、
    をさらに含むことを特徴とする面ファスナー組立品。
  2. 金型で一体成形された、発泡材料座体と、少なくとも１つの面ファスナー組立品とを含む面ファスナー組立品を有するクッションにおいて、該面ファスナー組立品は、
    複数のフック体が突出した第１表面と、第２表面とを有する第１テープ体と、
    磁性物質を含み、該第１テープ体の長手方向に沿って該第１表面の両側部に設け、側壁構造を各自形成し、一部のフック体をその中に嵌め込む第１保護層と、
    該磁性物質を含み、該第１保護層と相互に貼り合わせ、該第１表面の該フック体を覆う第２保護層と、
    該第１テープ体の第２表面に粘着し、かつ該発泡材料座体と相互に嵌め合わせる第２テープ体と、
    を含むことを特徴とする面ファスナー組立品を有するクッション。
