Description
(1) シートベルトを巻き取るスピンドルと、
該スピンドルを回転可能に支持し、磁性材料を含んで構成されるフレームと、
前記スピンドルのシートベルト巻き取り方向への回転を付勢し、磁性材料を含んで構成される付勢手段と、
前記スピンドルの回転を検出する回転検出手段と、
前記付勢手段と前記回転検出手段を収容し、前記フレームの側板に取り付けられるカバー部材と、を備え、
前記回転検出手段は、外周部の一周に亘って磁石のN極とS極が交互に円周方向に配置されて前記スピンドルと共に回転する磁気ディスクと、該磁気ディスクの半径方向外方に配置され前記磁気ディスクの回転による磁極の変化を電気信号に変換する検出素子とを備え、
前記回転検出手段は、前記フレームの磁性材料と前記付勢手段の磁性材料との間に配置されていることを特徴とするシートベルト装置。
(2) 前記カバー部材の内部に、前記付勢手段と前記回転検出手段の各収容空間を仕切る隔壁が設けられており、前記付勢手段の収容空間にはグリースが充填され、前記隔壁は、前記グリースが前記回転検出手段側の収容空間に侵入するのを防止することを特徴とする(1)に記載のシートベルト装置。
(3) 前記付勢手段が巻き取りバネを備え、前記磁気ディスクの外周部の外径は、前記巻き取りバネの外径より小さいことを特徴とする(1)または(2)に記載のシートベルト装置。
(4) 前記カバー部材は、樹脂製であることを特徴とする(1)から(3)のいずれかに記載のシートベルト装置。

本発明の付勢手段は、上記実施形態の巻き取りバネ130に限定されず、スピンドル12のシートベルト巻き取り方向への回転を付勢し、磁性材料を含んで構成されるものであればよい。
また、回転検出手段も、スピンドル12の回転を磁気的に検出するものであればよく、上記実施形態に限定されるものでない。
Claims (4)
- シートベルトを巻き取るスピンドルと、
該スピンドルを回転可能に支持し、磁性材料を含んで構成されるフレームと、
前記スピンドルのシートベルト巻き取り方向への回転を付勢し、磁性材料を含んで構成される付勢手段と、
前記スピンドルの回転を検出する回転検出手段と、
前記付勢手段と前記回転検出手段を収容し、前記フレームの側板に取り付けられるカバー部材と、を備え、
前記回転検出手段は、外周部の一周に亘って磁石のN極とS極が交互に円周方向に配置されて前記スピンドルと共に回転する磁気ディスクと、該磁気ディスクの半径方向外方に配置され前記磁気ディスクの回転による磁極の変化を電気信号に変換する検出素子とを備え、
前記回転検出手段は、前記フレームの磁性材料と前記付勢手段の磁性材料との間に配置されていることを特徴とするシートベルト装置。 - 前記カバー部材の内部に、前記付勢手段と前記回転検出手段の各収容空間を仕切る隔壁が設けられており、前記付勢手段の収容空間にはグリースが充填され、前記隔壁は、前記グリースが前記回転検出手段側の収容空間に侵入するのを防止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシートベルト装置。
- 前記付勢手段が巻き取りバネを備え、前記磁気ディスクの外周部の外径は、前記巻き取りバネの外径より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシートベルト装置。
- 前記カバー部材は、樹脂製であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のシートベルト装置。
