外部温度が形状記憶合金製の第1の要素のMf値を超えた場合にアクチュエータの内部の拘束手段を動かして付勢手段に付加する荷重を増加させる手段を、更に備えることを特徴とする、
アクチュエータによって達成される。
Claims (4)
- 形状記憶合金製の要素を利用するアクチュエータ(10;20)であって、
−加熱によって形状を変えることができる形状記憶合金製の第1の要素(11;21)であって、静止側の第1の端部と、制御される機械の部分と接続される第2の端部と、を備える、第1の要素と、
−前記形状記憶合金製の第1の要素を加熱する加熱手段(19、19’;29、29’)と、
−冷却中に前記第1の要素をもとの形状に戻す付勢手段(14;24)であって、前記第1の要素の第2の端部に接続された第1の端部と、前記アクチュエータの内部の拘束手段(15;25)に接続された第2の端部と、を備える、付勢手段と、
を備え、
外部温度が、形状記憶合金製の前記第1の要素のマルテンサイト相への相変化が完了する温度であるMf値を超えた場合に、前記アクチュエータの前記内部の拘束手段を動かして前記付勢手段に付加する荷重を増加する手段を更に備えることを特徴とする、
アクチュエータ。 - 荷重を増加する前記手段が、収納要素(16;26)に収納されている、請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記内部の拘束手段を動かす手段が、手で操作される手段、温度センサーに接続されたモーター、加熱によって伸びる金属部品、又はバイメタル要素、の中からから選択される、請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記内部の拘束手段を動かす手段が、周囲の環境と熱平衡にある形状記憶合金製の第2の要素(18;28)で形成され、前記第2の要素が、加熱による相変化中に伸びて形状記憶合金製の前記第1の要素の発生する力よりも大きな力を発生するように寸法を決められており、静止側の第1の端部と、前記内部の拘束手段に接続された第2の端部と、を有する、請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
