Claims (30)

前記基板の少なくとも一部の上にある暗藍色または黒色の酸化ジルコニウムからなる表面層であって、前記酸化ジルコニウムの表面層は、前記ジルコニウムまたは前記ジルコニウム合金の酸化によって形成されるところの表面層と、
を含む、少なくとも1つの部品を特徴とする医療用インプラント。 - 前記ジルコニウムまたは前記ジルコニウム合金は、前記酸化の前に変えられた表面粗度を有する、請求項9に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記変えられた表面粗度は、3マイクロインチから25マイクロインチの範囲の表面粗度(Ra)である、請求項10に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記変えられた表面粗度は、3.5マイクロインチから7マイクロインチの範囲の表面粗度(Ra)である、請求項10に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記酸化ジルコニウム層は、20ミクロン以下の厚さである、請求項9に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記酸化ジルコニウム被覆層は、10ミクロン以下の厚さである、請求項9に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 医療用インプラントが人工関節のインプラントであり、
前記人工関節の本体のインプラント部分は、前記人工関節の本体の部分上の組織成長を提供するために適合される不規則な表面を有する、請求項9に記載の医療用インプラント。 - 前記不規則な表面は、前記人工関節の本体の外表面に取り付けられたジルコニアビーズまたはジルコニア合金ビーズで形成され、前記ビーズの前記表面の少なくとも一部は酸化されて暗藍色または黒色の酸化ジルコニウムである、請求項15に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記不規則な表面構造は、前記人工関節の本体の外表面に結合されたジルコニアワイヤーメッシュまたはジルコニア合金ワイヤーメッシュで形成され、前記メッシュの前記表面の少なくとも一部は酸化されて暗藍色または黒色の酸化ジルコニウムである、請求項15に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記不規則な表面は、化学的にエッチングされた表面である、請求項15に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記不規則な表面は、プラズマ溶射で堆積された表面である、請求項15に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記不規則な表面は、焼結された表面である、請求項15に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記医療用インプラントは、脊椎インプラントである、請求項9に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記医療用インプラントは、歯科インプラントである、請求項9に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記医療用インプラントは、骨インプラント金属製品である、請求項9に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記骨インプラント金属製品は、骨プレートまたは骨ねじを有する、請求項9に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記少なくとも1つの部品は、ベアリング表面を有する第1部品と、前記第1部品の前記ベアリング表面と組み合うように適合されるカウンターベアリング表面を有する第2部品と、を有し、
前記第1部品と前記第2部品の少なくとも一方は、非晶質構造を有するジルコニウムまたは非晶質構造を有するジルコニウム合金を有し、
前記第1部品、前記第2部品、または、前記第1部品及び前記第2部品の両方の少なくとも一部の上に暗藍色または黒色の酸化ジルコニウムの表面層があり、
前記酸化ジルコニウムの表面層は、前記ジルコニウムまたは前記ジルコニウム合金の酸化によって形成される、請求項9に記載の医療用インプラント。 - 前記医療用インプラントは、人工関節である、請求項25に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記第1部品は、大腿骨部品を含み、前記第2部品は、人工股関節を形成するための寛骨臼を含む、請求項26に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記第1部品は、少なくとも1つの顆をさらに含み、前記第2部品は、人工膝関節を形成するための脛骨部品を含む、請求項26に記載の医療用インプラント。
