Claims (6)
- pH10〜pH13のアルカリ領域で最適な活性を示すセルラーゼが生産可能であるバチルス・リケニホルミスB1(Bacillus licheniformis B1)であって、
該バチルス・リケニホルミスB1は、KCTC 0755BPであることを特徴とするバチルス・リケニホルミスB1菌株。 - 請求項1に記載のバチルス・リケニホルミスB1菌株から誘導されたセルラーゼを含み、pH10〜pH13のアルカリ領域で最適な活性を示すことを特徴とする好アルカリ性酵素液。
- pH3〜7の領域に比べ、pH10〜pH13のアルカリ性領域において、より高い酵素活性数値を示す場合を、前記pH10〜pH13で最適な活性を示すことの指標として用いた請求項2に記載の好アルカリ性酵素液。
- 前記pH10〜pH13で最適な活性を示すとは、pH13で80%以上の酵素活性数値を示すものである請求項2又は請求項3に記載の好アルカリ性酵素液。
- pH10〜pH13で最適な活性を示すセルラーゼが含まれる好アルカリ性酵素液を製造する方法であって、
バチルス・リケニホルミスB1は、KCTC 0755BPであり、
当該バチルス・リケニホルミスB1を、セルロースを基質にして培養した後、遠心分離して上澄み液を得るステップと、
前記上澄み液を、再び遠心分離して3000Da以上の物質を分離するステップ、
とを含むことを特徴とする好アルカリ性酵素液の製造方法。 - pH3〜7の領域に比べ、pH10〜pH13のアルカリ性領域において、より高い酵素活性数値を示す場合を、前記pH10〜pH13で最適な活性を示すことの指標として用いた請求項5に記載の好アルカリ性酵素液の製造方法。
