Claims (2)
- 希土類六硼化物からなる陰極チップと、前記陰極チップを把持し加熱するための炭素質材料からなるヒーターとを有する熱電子放射陰極であって、高融点金属薄板からなるコ字形の支持片が前記陰極チップ基部の相対する側面に沿うように反応障壁層を介して焼結固着され、かつ前記支持片の相対する面を介して、前記チップが前記ヒーターによって把持されていることを特徴とする熱電子放射陰極。
- 前記支持片が焼結固着された前記陰極チップ基部において、前記希土類六硼化物の露出している部分を覆うように被覆層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱電子放射陰極。
