Description
Claims (1)
- 接合部分を有する電極とカーボンナノチューブとの接合にニッケル・チタン合金を用いるカーボンナノチューブ構造体の製造方法であって、
ニッケル・チタン合金のナノ粒子を上記接合部分に塗布し、その接合部分にカーボンナノチューブを操作し配置し、その後、前記接合部分を加熱しニッケル・チタン合金を溶融させ、前記カーボンナノチューブと前記接合部分を有する電極をニッケル・チタン合金で接合させることを特徴とするカーボンナノチューブ構造体の製造方法。
