Description
回転軸に結合した制動ディスクと、
前記制動ディスクの一方の面に対向するよう複数の磁石を固定した強磁性体からなる支持板を、前記制動ディスクに対して接離移動可能なように、前記回転軸の軸方向に移動可能としたステータを備え、
前記ステータを円周方向に90°〜180°の範囲で構成し、
前記制動ディスクの、前記磁石と対向する面に、2mm〜4mmの厚みの銅合金層を備えさせたことを最も主要な特徴としている。
図1及び下記表1より、従来のドラム式のステータを部分的に開放する場合と比較し、本発明のディスク式では、ほぼ同一重量で、大幅に優れた制動トルクが安定して得られていることが分かる。

Claims (2)
- 回転軸に結合した制動ディスクと、
前記制動ディスクの一方の面に対向するよう複数の磁石を固定した強磁性体からなる支持板を、前記制動ディスクに対して接離移動可能なように、前記回転軸の軸方向に移動可能としたステータを備え、
前記ステータを円周方向に90°〜180°の範囲で構成し、
前記制動ディスクの、前記磁石と対向する面に、2mm〜4mmの厚みの銅合金層を備えさせたことを特徴とする渦電流減速装置。 - 請求項1に記載の渦電流減速装置であって、
前記ステータは、複数個、回転対称に設けられ、当該複数個のステータが占める円周方向幅を合せた範囲が90°〜180°の範囲にあることを特徴とする渦電流減速装置。
