Claims (3)
- 多数の導電性金属薄板を積層してなる可撓導体の両端部に導電性金属よりなる端子ブロックを電磁波ビーム溶接または摩擦撹拌接合により導電接続する可撓性接続端子において、上記各端子ブロックの可撓導体接続側端部に複数の段部を階段状に形成し、その各段部に所定厚さの可撓導体を電磁波ビーム溶接または摩擦撹拌接合により導電接続したことを特徴とする可撓性接続端子。
- 上記両端子ブロックの階段状の段部を互いに対向させて設け、その互いに対向する段部の間隔をほぼ一定に形成して、その各対向する段部間にほぼ一定長さの可撓導体を導電接続してなる請求項1に記載の可撓性接続端子。
- 上記電磁波ビーム溶接として、電子ビーム溶接、レーザービーム溶接、またはプラズマ溶接のいずれかを適用してなる請求項1または2に記載の可撓性接続端子。
