Description
本発明は概して、患者の生理学的なデータモニタリング器具のための警報システムに関する。特に、本発明は、患者モニタリングデバイスの生理学的な測定値および機器ステータスインジケータに応答して、警報臨界レベルを指示するためのメカニズムを含む警報エスカレーションシステムに関する。

Claims (20)
- 患者モニタデバイス(10)であって、
患者モニタユニットと、
該患者モニタユニットを介して受信された生理学的なデータを比較するように構成された警報検出デバイスであって、該警報検出デバイスは、該生理学的なデータの予め規定された測定値に応答して、警報を開始するように構成されている、警報検出デバイスと、
少なくとも1つのラウドスピーカ(12;14)を備える警報デバイスであって、該警報デバイスは、該少なくとも1つのラウドスピーカ(12;14)を介して、第1の周波数、波形またはデューティサイクルを有する第1の警報信号と、該第1の周波数、波形またはデューティサイクルとは異なる第2の周波数、波形またはデューティサイクルを有する第2の警報信号とを発するように構成されており、該警報が開始されたときに、該第1の信号が発せられ、警報確認通知メカニズム(16)が指定されたイベントの前に作動させられない場合に、該第2の信号が発せられる、警報デバイスと
を備えており、
該警報デバイスは、該第2の周波数がピーク周波数に達するか、該確認通知メカニズムが作動されるまで、該第2の警報信号の該第2の周波数を次第に増加させるように構成されている、デバイス。 - 複数のスピーカ(12、14)を備えており、
該複数のスピーカ(12、14)は、独立して制御され、該複数のスピーカのうちの1つ(12)を介して一次警報として前記第1の信号を開始し、該複数のスピーカのうちの別の1つ(14)を介して二次警報として前記第2の信号を開始するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記デバイス(10)内に配置された2つのラウドスピーカ(12、14)を備えており、該2つのラウドスピーカは、該2つのラウドスピーカが該デバイスの周囲の所定の領域内で所望のステレオオーディオ分布を生成するように、所定の距離だけ離間している、請求項1または2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記警報デバイスは、警報状態が認識されたときに、第1の周波数で前記第1の信号または一次警報を発し、第2の周波数で前記第2の信号または二次警報を発するように構成されており、該第2の周波数は、前記警報確認通知メカニズムが指定されたイベントの前に作動させられない場合に、増加する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記警報デバイスは、前記警報確認通知メカニズムが指定されたイベントの前に作動させられない場合に、前記二次警報の大きさを増加させるように構成されている、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記警報デバイスは、前記警報確認通知メカニズムが指定されたイベントの前に作動させられない場合に、前記一次警報および前記二次警報の大きさを増加させるように構成されている、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 指定された時間をカウントダウンするように構成されたタイマを備えており、該カウントダウンの完了が、前記指定されたイベントである、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 患者から実際の生理学的なデータを集めるように構成されたセンサ(20)を備えている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記患者モニタデバイス(10)は、酸素濃度計である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記警報検出デバイスは、低いバッテリーイベントに応答して警報を開始するようにさらに構成されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記警報デバイスは、ページャ(100)をさらに含み、前記第2の信号に対応する信号および/または前記警報は、該ページャ(100)に送信される、請求項1または10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ページャ(100)は、振動を生成する、請求項11に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の周波数、波形またはデューティサイクルまたは前記第2の周波数、波形またはデューティサイクルは、前記警報確認通知メカニズム(16)が規定された時間内に作動させられない場合に、操作される、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の信号および前記第2の信号は交互に発せられる、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 臨床的警戒を容易にするための方法であって、
医療デバイス(10)内において、患者からの生理学的なデータを受信することと、
該医療デバイス(10)内において、該生理学的なデータを測定し、該生理学的なデータの予め規定された測定値に応答して警報を開始することと、
該警報が開始されるときに、可聴のトーンとして、少なくとも1つのラウドスピーカ(12;14)を介して、該医療デバイス(10)から、第1の周波数、波形またはデューティサイクルを有する第1の信号と、第2の周波数、波形またはデューティサイクルを有する第2の信号とを発することと
を含み、該発するステップは、警報確認通知メカニズム(16)が指定されたイベントの前に作動させらず、かつ、該第2の周波数が該指定されたイベントの前にピーク周波数に達しない場合に、該第2の周波数を次第に増加させることをさらに含む、方法。 - 前記第1の信号および前記第2の信号をスピーカ(12;14)から交互に発することを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記医療デバイス(10)内において、前記第1の信号を第1のスピーカ(12)から発することと、前記第2の信号を第2のスピーカ(14)から発することとを含む、請求項15〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の信号および/または前記第2の信号を、異なる振動としてページャ(100)から発することをさらに含む、請求項15〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の信号および前記第2の信号は、異なる周波数を有する、請求項15〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の信号および前記第2の信号は、異なるボリュームを有する、請求項15〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
