Claims (7)
- 透明基板と、
金属薄膜と金属酸化物薄膜が1回以上積層された近赤外線遮蔽層と、
金属メッシュパターンを含む電磁波遮蔽層と、
光吸収物質及び導電性物質が充填されている複数の楔型外光遮蔽部を具備した外光遮蔽パターンを含む外光遮蔽層と、
選択的に光を吸収する2種のみの色素及び高分子樹脂を含む色補正層と
を含み、
前記2種のみの色素は、430nmないし500nm波長の光を吸収する前記高分子樹脂対比0.01ないし1重量%の第1色素と、560nmないし620nm波長の光を吸収する前記高分子樹脂対比0.01ないし1重量%の第2色素であることを特徴とする、ディスプレイ装置用フィルター。 - 850nm波長の光透過率が5%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置用フィルター。
- 前記近赤外線遮蔽層の総厚が、500nm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置用フィルター。
- 前記金属薄膜の厚さは10ないし50nmで、前記金属酸化物薄膜の厚さは3ないし60nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置用フィルター。
- 前記近赤外線遮蔽層は、前記金属薄膜と金属酸化物薄膜が1ないし2回積層されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のディスプレイ装置用フィルター。
- 前記近赤外線遮蔽層の可視光線透過率は85%以上で、前記ディスプレイ装置用フィルターの可視光線透過率は45%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置用フィルター。
- 前記ディスプレイ装置用フィルターの面抵抗が、0.05Ω/□以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置用フィルター。
