Claims (13)
- 光学的な測定装置に用いられるハウジング(1)であって、当該ハウジング(1)が、プラスチックから成形によって製作されるようになっており、当該ハウジング(1)が、測定装置の構成エレメントを収容するようになっている形式のものにおいて、当該ハウジング(1)に1つのガラスインサート(3)が配置されており、該ガラスインサート(3)が、構成エレメントを周辺影響に対して防護するために働いており、ガラスインサート(3)が、成形時に生ぜしめられる収縮によって当該ハウジング(1)内に嵌め込まれており、これによって、ガラスインサート(3)を当該ハウジング(1)が、密に枠体状に取り囲んでいることを特徴とする、光学的な測定装置に用いられるハウジング。
- ガラスインサート(3)が、該ガラスインサート(3)を取り囲む当該ハウジング(1)と同一平面を成して終わっている、請求項1記載のハウジング。
- プラスチックが、芳香族化された部分結晶質の熱可塑性樹脂から成っている、請求項1または2記載のハウジング。
- ガラスインサート(3)が、0.5mm〜2mmの間の材料厚さを有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のハウジング。
- 当該ハウジング(1)が、電気めっきによって被着された金属製のコーティング層を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のハウジング。
- ガラスインサート(3)が、当該ハウジング(1)の電気めっきの間にガラスインサート(3)のメタライゼーションを回避する程度に僅かな鉛割合を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のハウジング。
- 当該ハウジング(1)の内部にウェブ(2)が配置されており、該ウェブ(2)が、各ガラスインサート(3)に、当該ハウジング(1)の内部に面した側の縁部で部分的にオーバラップしている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のハウジング。
- ガラスインサート(3)が、平らな表面と、湾曲させられた表面とを備えて形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のハウジング。
- 測定対象物を供給するために働く測定スリット(4)の領域に、互いに反対の側に位置する2つのガラスインサート(3)が配置されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のハウジング。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の、光学的な測定装置のハウジング(1)を製作するための方法において、
−少なくとも1つのガラスインサート(3)を、ハウジング(1)の成形前に、該ハウジング(1)を製作するために使用される金型内に配置し;
−少なくとも1つのガラスインサート(3)を、ハウジング(1)の成形時に、少なくとも1つのガラスインサート(3)がその正確な位置を獲得しかつ測定装置の構成エレメントのために必要となるシールが保証されるように、ハウジング(1)に結合することを特徴とする、光学的な測定装置のハウジングを製作するための方法。 - ハウジング(1)を製作するために使用される材料の収縮によってガラスインサート(3)を緊締する、請求項10記載の方法。
- ハウジング(1)を電気めっきする、請求項10または11記載の方法。
- ハウジング(1)を電気めっき後に熱処理する、請求項12記載の方法。
