Description
図4は、抗捻り保護部材30のリング36を支持縁33,34にて破断した図3中IV-IV線に沿う断面を示す。
偏心ボルトの特徴をなす前述の解法は2つのボルトを備える場合に限定されない。2つのボルト以上を備えたボルトジョイントもまた考えられる。更に、隣接するボルトの軸線が異なる方向を有することも考えられる。また、付加的に、偏心ブッシュの発明原理は1面剪断又は多面剪断のボルトジョイントへの適用も考えられる。偏心ブッシュの捻りを防止するために、引張り後、キーや螺子等の固定要素を更に組込むことも可能である。

Claims (6)
- 複数の負荷伝達構造部分を連結するボルトジョイントであって、このボルトジョイントが少なくとも2つのボルトを含み、これらボルトが円錐形状をなし且つ円錐状の内面及び円筒状の外面を備えたスロット付きのスリーブにより囲繞されているともに、細径端に螺子付きのジャーナル及び太径端にスパナ用突起をそれぞれ有し、各螺子付きジャーナルがナットと相互作用し、このナットが締付けられたとき、スリーブによってボルトアイに径方向の力が加えられる、ボルトジョイントにおいて、
1つのボルト(3,4)を受け入れるための前記ボルトアイ(1a,1b,2a,2b,2c,2d)の仕上げ寸法の孔内にスロット付きの偏心ブッシュ(24,25,26,27,28,29)が挿入され、これら偏心ブッシュは内孔の軸線が一致するように回転により調整可能であって、これにより、ボルトジョイントを達成するボルトの挿入が可能となり、
前記スリーブ(5,6)が抗捻り保護部材(30)により捻りに対して固定され、
前記抗捻り保護部材(30)がウエブ(37)を介して互いに連結された2つのリング(35,36)を備え、これらリング(35,36)が前記スリーブ(5,6)側に配置された平坦部(5b,5c,6b,6c)に実際的に相互作用する支持縁(31,32,33,34)を有することを特徴とするボルトジョイント。 - 隣接するボルトの軸線が異なる方向を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボルトジョイント。
- 偏心ブッシュ(24,25,26,27,28,29)の捻りを防止するための固定要素を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のボルトジョイント。
- 1面剪断構造をなすことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のボルトジョイント。
- 2面剪断構造をなすこと特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のボルトジョイント。
- 多面剪断構造をなすことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のボルトジョイント。
