- ミネラルウールパネル製の自己支持性空気導管であって、前記ミネラルウールパネルは、
ミネラルウール製の中央コアと、この中央コアの内面側及び外面側の全体に広がって被覆されたウエブとを具備し、
前記両ウエブは、熱硬化性のバインダーにより結合された、ガラス繊維製又は有機重合体繊維製で、
前記熱硬化性のバインダーを加熱する手段により、前記中央コアの表面にて、前記両ウエブが直接結合されており、
前記中央コアの外面側には、ウエブの上に、アルミニウム フィルム、ガラス ストランド メッシュ、及びクラフト紙を含む複合多層皮膜が被覆されている、
ミネラルウールパネル製の自己支持性空気導管。 - 前記ウエブは、織物及び/又は不織布を包含する請求項1記載のミネラルウールパネル製の自己支持性空気導管。
- 織物及び/又は不織布は、強化ヤーンを含む請求項2記載のミネラルウールパネル製の自己支持性空気導管。
- ミネラルウールパネル製の自己支持性空気導管の製造方法であって、
熱硬化性のバインダーにより結合されているガラス繊維製又は有機重合体繊維製のウエブを、ミネラルウール製の中央コアの内面側及び外面側の全体に広がって被覆し、前記熱硬化性のバインダーを加熱する手段により、前記中央コアの表面にて、前記各ウエブを直接結合して、ミネラルウールパネルの強度を増強し、更に、
前記中央コアの外面側に、ウエブの上に、アルミニウム フィルム、ガラス ストランド メッシュ、及びクラフト紙を含む複合多層皮膜を被覆する、
ミネラルウールパネル製の自己支持性空気導管の製造方法。
