Description
Claims (12)
- ポケットフィルター装置を製造する方法であって、この方法は、
ヘッダーエレメント材を一組の長手方向に延びた側壁、これら側壁の間を延び、これら側壁と実質的に垂直に長手方向に延びた横材、この横材の下方で実質的にこれと平行な側壁の下方縁部を接合する長手方向に延びた底壁を有する長さに押し出し成形する工程と、
前記長さのヘッダーエレメント材をヘッダー端部とヘッダー側部を形成するために約45度の角度で留め継ぎできるように切断する工程と、
L字型のクリップの一端を前記側壁、前記底壁および前記横材によって形成された前記ヘッダー端部または前記ヘッダー側部の各端部の凹部に挿入する工程と、
前記L字クリップの他端をもう一方の前記ヘッダー端部または前記ヘッダー側部の凹部に挿入し、前記横材と前記側壁によって形成された連続したチャネルを下流側に有する矩形のヘッダーを形成する工程と、
複数のポケットを有するフィルターエレメントの上流周辺部を前記チャネルに挿入する工程と、
液体高分子材料を前記チャネルに入れる工程と、
前記液体高分子材料を固化して前記フィルターエレメントの上流周辺部と一体になったヘッダーを形成する工程とを含むポケットフィルター装置の製造方法。 - 前記液体高分子材料がポリウレタンであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のポケットフィルター装置の製造方法。
- 前記ヘッダー端部の前記チャネルの側壁から複数の部分を取り除いて実質的に等間隔に位置し、ヘッダー端部に対向して位置合わせされた凹部を形成する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のポケットフィルター装置の製造方法。
- 前記フィルターエレメントの上流周辺部を前記チャネルに挿入する工程の後に強化ロッドの各端部を前記対向して位置合わせされた凹部の各組に挿入する工程を含み、前記強化ロッドが前記ポケットそれぞれの頂点で前記フィルター媒体の下流面に隣接することを特徴とする請求項3記載のポケットフィルター装置の製造方法。
- 強化ロッドの各端部を前記対向して位置合わせされた凹部の各組に挿入する工程の後に前記強化ロッドが前記ポケットそれぞれの頂点で前記フィルター媒体の上流面の周囲に媒体カバーストリップを設置する工程を含み、前記媒体カバーストリップは、対向する側壁の対向する凹部間を延びていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のポケットフィルター装置の製造方法。
- ポケットフィルター装置の製造方法であって、この方法は、
それぞれ長手方向に延びた側壁と、これら側壁の間を実質的にこれら側壁と垂直に長手方向に延びて上方にチャネルを形成する横材と、下方で前記側壁の下縁部と接合し、前記横材と実質的に平行に長手方向に延びて上方に凹部を形成する底壁とを有し、端部が約45度の角度を有する一組のヘッダー端部エレメントと一組のヘッダー側部エレメントを供する工程と、
L字型のクリップの一端を前記ヘッダー端部エレメントまたは前記ヘッダー側部エレメントの端部に挿入し、固定する工程と、
前記L字型のクリップの他端を前記ヘッダー端部エレメントまたは前記ヘッダー側部エレメントとは別のエレメントの端部に挿入し、固定して矩形のヘッダーを形成する工程と、
複数のポケットを有するフィルターエレメントの上流周辺部を前記チャネルに挿入する工程と、
前記チャネルに液体高分子材料を入れる工程と、
前記液体高分子材料を固化して前記フィルターエレメントの上流周辺部と一体化したヘッダーを形成する工程とを含むポケットフィルター装置の製造方法。 - 前記液体高分子材料がポリウレタンであることを特徴とする請求項6記載のポケットフィルター装置の製造方法。
- 前記ヘッダー端部エレメントが内方側壁に実質的に等間隔に位置した複数の凹部を有し、前記フィルターエレメントの上流周辺部を前記ヘッダーの前記内方および外方側壁の間に挿入する工程の後に前記フィルター媒体の下流面に隣接して前記各ポケット間の頂点近傍で前記凹部内に強化ロッドを設置する工程が行われることを特徴とする請求項6記載のポケットフィルター装置の製造方法。
- 前記強化ロッドの両端が前記チャネル内に延び、前記ヘッダーと一体になっていることを特徴とする請求項8記載のポケットフィルター装置の製造方法。
- 前記フィルターエレメントのポケットの頂点をカバーストリップ内の前記各強化ロッドに隣接したカバーストリップの下流面に隣接するように配置することを特徴とする請求項8記載のポケットフィルター装置の製造方法。
- 前記カバーストリップが丸みを帯びた下流面を有することを特徴とする請求項10記載のポケットフィルター装置の製造方法。
- 請求項8記載のポケットフィルター装置の製造方法における前記工程によって製造されるポケットフィルター媒体。
