Description
図1に例示するように、本発明に用いるフッ素汚染土壌の処理装置1は、施工現場に2台の混合攪拌機2A、2Bを供給コンベヤ6を介して直列に連結して配置している。それぞれの混合攪拌機2A、2Bは、上流側に投入部2a、下流側に排出部2bを有し、回転軸を中心に回転する混合攪拌スクリューを内設している。
実施例1〜5および比較例1−1、2−1、3−1については、試料土と最初の添加材とを5分間混合した後、次の添加材を添加して5分間混合した。比較例1−2、2−2、3−2については、試料土と2つの添加材とを5分間混合した。混合完了後、1時間養生し、内径5cm、高さ10cmのモールドにて1.5kgのランマーにより25回/3層突固めを行ない、即日脱型してビニール袋に入れて恒温恒湿で3日間養生し、所定材令後に一軸圧縮強度を測定した。
JGS T716−199に準拠した試験方法により各試験サンプルのコーン指数を測定した。
環境庁告示第46号に規定された試験方法に準拠して各試験サンプルのフッ素溶出量を測定した。

Claims (3)
- フッ素汚染土壌に対して、酸化カルシウムを主成分とするアルカリ土類金属塩を添加し、混合攪拌して該フッ素汚染土壌の温度を上昇させる処理工程Aと、該処理工程Aにより処理された土壌にアルミニウム化合物を添加して混合攪拌する処理工程Bとからなり、
前記フッ素汚染土壌100質量部に対し、前記アルカリ土類金属塩およびアルミニウム化合物の合計質量が2質量部以上となるように添加し、かつ、前記アルカリ土類金属塩とアルミニウム化合物とを、それぞれに含まれるカルシウムイオン(Ca 2+ )とアルミニウムイオン(Al 3+ )のモル比率がCa 2+ /Al 3+ =1〜12の範囲となるように添加し、前記アルミニウム化合物が、塩化アルミニウム、ポリ塩化アルミニウム、硫酸アルミニウムの中から選ばれた1種以上を含有し、
前記処理工程Aにより上昇させた土壌の温度が処理工程Aを実施する前の温度に戻る前に、前記処理工程AおよびBの全工程を終了させて、全工程を経た直後の処理土壌の温度が30℃以上であるフッ素汚染土壌の処理方法。 - 前記フッ素汚染土壌が掘削したものであり、前記処理工程Aおよび処理工程Bを施工現場で行なう請求項1に記載のフッ素汚染土壌の処理方法。
- 前記アルカリ土類金属塩が、生石灰、生石灰と消石灰の質量比が生石灰/消石灰≧0.1以上である生石灰と消石灰の混合物、焼成ドロマイトの中から選ばれた1種以上である請求項1または2に記載のフッ素汚染土壌の処理方法。
