Description
Claims (13)
- 燃料電池系において、
・燃料を使用して水素含有ガス混合物を発生させるためのガス発生系(12)、
・水素含有ガス混合物がその中に含まれている水素を利用するために供給されうる、電気を発生させるための燃料電池(14)、その際に、水素の希薄化されたガス混合物が燃料電池(14)を去り、
・水素の希薄化されたガス混合物が熱を発生させるために供給されうる触媒バーナ(24)、
・触媒バーナ(24)に続く、燃料を燃焼して火炎を形成する燃料運転バーナ(26)、
・燃料運転バーナ(26)に続く、触媒バーナ(24)中で発生した熱及び燃料運転バーナ(26)中で発生した熱を熱媒体に伝達するための熱交換器装置(30)、
・ガス発生系(12)及び燃料運転バーナ(26)に燃料を供給するための供給管(38)、
を含んでいて、
燃料運転バーナ(26)又は/及び触媒バーナ(24)の燃焼生成物が、ガス発生系(12)に、水素含有ガス混合物を発生させるための反応物質として供給されうることを特徴とする、燃料電池系。 - 触媒バーナ(24)が、空気が触媒バーナ(24)中での変換のため又は/及び燃料運転バーナ(26)中での変換のために搬送されうるブロワ(32,42)を有している、請求項1記載の燃料電池系。
- ブロワ(32,42)により空気が燃料電池(14)に搬送されうる、請求項2記載の燃料電池系。
- 流動方向(R)に向かって、触媒バーナ(24)と燃料運転バーナ(26)との間に触媒バーナ(24)中で発生した熱を第一熱媒体に伝達するための第一熱交換器装置(28)が設けられており、かつ燃料運転バーナ(26)の下流に向かって、燃料運転バーナ(26)中で発生した熱を第二熱媒体に伝達するための第二熱交換器装置(30)が設けられている、請求項1、2又は3記載の燃料電池系。
- 熱媒体又は/及び燃料運転バーナ(26)又は/及び触媒バーナ(24)の燃焼生成物が、ガス発生系(12)又は/及び燃料電池(14)に加熱するために供給されうる、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃料電池系。
- ガス発生系(12)に、別の燃料運転バーナ(78)が、加熱したガスの流れを発生させるために、ガス発生系(12)の熱交換器装置(18)に供給するため又は/及びガス発生系(12)の改質装置(16)に供給するために取り付けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の燃料電池系。
- 加熱したガスの流れに水が混合されうる、請求項6記載の燃料電池系。
- 以下の
・空気搬送ブロワ(32,42)を用いて空気(L)を供給するため及び水素含有ガス混合物(W)を供給するための上流の第一の供給領域(52)、
・水素含有ガス混合物(W)を変換するための触媒装置(56)を有する、熱を発生させるための第一バーナ領域(54)、
・第一バーナ領域(54)の下流に向かって、第一供給領域(52)中で供給される空気(L)と一緒に発火しやすい燃料/空気−混合物を形成させるための燃料を供給するための第二供給領域(76)を有する第二バーナ領域(60)、
・第二バーナ領域(60)の下流に向かって、第一バーナ領域(54)中で及び第二バーナ領域(60)中で発生した熱を熱媒体に伝達するための熱交換器装置(28,30)
を有するバーナ装置を含んでいる、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料電池系。 - 第一バーナ領域(54)と第二バーナ領域(60)との間又は/及び第二バーナ領域(60)と熱交換器装置(28,30)との間に、火炎防止器(58,62)が配置されている、請求項8記載の燃料電池系。
- 第一バーナ領域(54)と第二バーナ領域(60)との間に、第一バーナ領域(54)中で発生した熱を熱媒体に伝達するための別の熱交換器装置(28)が設けられている、請求項8又は9記載の燃料電池系。
- 第二バーナ領域(60)が、空気搬送ブロワ(32,42)により搬送される空気及び燃料蒸発器(64)中で発生した燃料蒸気が点火機関(74)の使用下に燃焼されうる燃焼室(72)を有している、請求項8から10までのいずれか1項記載の燃料電池系。
- 燃料蒸発器(64)が、液体燃料を受け入れている多孔性の蒸発器媒体(68)、及びこれに取り付けられて燃料蒸気を発生させるための加熱装置(70)を有している、請求項11記載の燃料電池系。
- 燃料蒸発器(64)が、蒸発すべき燃料が導入可能であり、かつ空気搬送ブロワ(32,42)からこちらへ搬送される空気によりその空気と燃料蒸気とを混合するために蒸発器ハウジング(66)の下流に向かって流れが結合されうる、下流の方向に開口した蒸発器ハウジング(66)を有している、請求項11又は12記載の燃料電池系。
