Claims (12)
- 空気を供給する空気供給部(26)と、炭化水素燃料を供給する燃料供給部(24)と、前記空気供給部(26)により空気が供給され、かつ前記燃料供給部(24)により燃料が供給され、水素含有ガスを形成するリフォーマ(22)と、第1の熱交換装置(30)と、燃料電池(12)と、燃焼器(34)と、第2の熱交換装置(32)とを有する燃料電池システムであって、
前記燃料電池(12)には、水素含有ガスが前記リフォーマ(22)から前記第1の熱交換装置(30)を介して供給され、
前記リフォーマ(22)に供給される空気は前記第1の熱交換装置(30)を介して、前記水素含有ガスの熱を前記第1の熱交換装置(30)で吸収するために導かれ、
前記燃焼器(34)は前記炭化水素燃料により、または水素の希薄化された燃料電池排ガスにより、または前記炭化水素燃料と前記水素の希薄化された燃料電池排気ガスにより駆動され、
前記第2の熱交換装置(32)は、前記燃焼器(34)で形成された熱を、前記第1の熱交換装置(30)を通流した後の、前記燃料電池(12)に供給すべき水素含有ガスに伝達する、ことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記燃焼器(34)は、燃料に対する供給部、水素の希薄化された燃料電池排ガスに対する供給部、および燃焼空気に対する供給部を備える燃焼室(50)を有する燃料電池システム。 - 請求項2記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
燃料と、水素の希薄化された燃料電池排ガスは燃焼室(50)の底部領域(82)で該燃焼室に供給される燃料電池システム。 - 請求項3記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
燃料の供給と、水素の希薄化された燃料電池排ガスの供給は共通の供給管路(64)を介して行われ、
該供給管路は燃料および水素の希薄化された燃料電池排ガスを底部領域(82)で燃焼室(50)の方向に供給する燃料電池システム。 - 請求項3記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
燃料の供給と、水素の希薄化された燃料電池排ガスの供給は別個の供給管路(64,76)を介して行われ、
当該別個の供給管路はそれぞれ燃料または水素の希薄化された燃料電池排ガスを底部領域(82)で燃焼室(50)の方向に供給する燃料電池システム。 - 請求項2から5までのいずれか1項記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
燃焼空気は周囲領域(46)および/または底部領域(82)で燃焼室7(50)に供給される燃料電池システム。 - 請求項2から6までのいずれか1項記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
予混合室(78)が設けられており、
該予混合室では、水素の希薄化された燃料電池排ガスの少なくとも一部と燃焼空気の少なくとも一部が燃焼室(50)への供給前に混合される燃料電池システム。 - 請求項2から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
燃焼室(50)の少なくとも底部領域(82)には、多孔性気化器媒体(60)が設けられており、
該多孔性気化器媒体を介して燃料の少なくとも一部が燃焼室(50)に供給される燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
燃焼器(34)はスプレー装置(90)を有し、
該スプレー装置は液体燃料に対する供給部、燃料噴霧に使用される燃焼空気に対する供給部、および燃料電池排ガスに対する供給部を備える燃料電池システム。 - 請求項9記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
スプレー装置(90)は複数のパネル部材(94,96,98)を有し、
それぞれの2つのパネル部材の間には一方では内側スワール流空間(104)が、他方では外側スワール流空間(110)が形成され、
水素の希薄化された燃料電池排ガスに対する供給部は供給管路(76)を有し、該供給管路によって前記水素の希薄化された燃料電池排ガスは内側スワール流および/または外側スワール流の領域に導かれる燃料電池システム。 - 請求項10記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記供給管路(76)は、前記内側スワール流空間(104)を形成する前記パネル部材の1つ(94)を貫通している燃料電池システム。 - 請求項8記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記多孔性気化器媒体(60)は加熱装置(62)を備えている燃料電池システム。
