Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle pipe mounting structure in which a pipe member extending in the vehicle front-rear direction is attached to the lower surface side of a floor panel.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a vehicle pipe protector in which a fuel tube extending along the vehicle front-rear direction is attached to the lower surface side of a vehicle floor panel and the fuel tube is covered from below by a chip-resistant protective plate is known (for example, Patent Literature 1).
No. 4-46978

By the way, in the above-mentioned piping protector, the front end portion of the chip-resistant protective plate is open, and there is a possibility that pebbles or the like flying from the front of the vehicle may enter between the fuel tube and the chip-resistant protective plate.

In particular, when the fuel tube has a folded portion (folded portion) that is relatively weaker than the straight portion, there is a possibility that the folded portion cannot be sufficiently protected by the chip protection plate configured to cover from below.

Then, this invention makes it the subject to provide the piping attachment structure of the vehicle which can protect the folding | returning part of a pipe member by simple structure.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a pipe mounting structure for a vehicle in which a pipe member extending in the vehicle front-rear direction is attached to a lower surface of a vehicle floor panel via mounting means. The floor panel has a protruding portion that is located in the vicinity of the front side of the leading end of the folded portion and protrudes downward. The one side part in the vehicle width direction is connected to a tunnel part provided along the vehicle front-rear direction in the approximate center of the floor panel, and the other side part in the vehicle width direction is the side of the floor panel. It is connected to the side sill part provided in the part along the vehicle front-back direction .

According to the present invention configured as described above, since the folded portion of the pipe member is located behind the projecting portion, the pebbles flying from the front of the vehicle project below the floor panel. In this case, it is prevented from hitting the folded portion of the pipe member. Thereby, it is possible to protect the folded portion of the pipe member with a simple configuration.

Next, the best mode for carrying out a vehicle pipe mounting structure according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The pipe mounting structure of the vehicle 1 shown in FIG. 1 includes a pipe member that is attached to the lower surface 2 a side of the floor panel 2 via a plurality of mounting members (attaching means) 10.

In this embodiment, the case where it applies to the fuel pipe which connects an engine (not shown) and the fuel tank 3 is shown.

This fuel pipe is composed of a supply side pipe Z for supplying fuel from the fuel tank 3 to the engine, and a return pipe (hereinafter referred to as a pipe) 20 (pipe member) for returning the fuel from the engine to the fuel tank 3. The diameter is different.

The pipe 20 has one end connected to an engine (not shown) arranged in front of the vehicle (the upper side indicated by the arrow FR in FIG. 1) and the other end connected to the fuel tank 3. Between the engine of the pipe 20 and the fuel tank 3, a straight portion X extending linearly from the engine toward the rear of the vehicle and the fuel heated by the engine by causing the pipe 20 to meander to bypass the flow of fuel. And a detour part Y for cooling.

The bypass portion Y of the pipe 20 is bent along the vehicle width direction on the front side of the fuel tank 3 after the pipe 20 extending from the engine, and after bending over the tunnel portion 4 to be described later, it is bent again to the front of the vehicle. It extends toward the rear and is further turned back toward the rear of the vehicle. Further, it is folded back toward the front of the vehicle again at the front side of the fuel tank 3 and extends along the inner side of the arrangement path so far, over the tunnel portion 4 and bent again toward the rear of the vehicle, and the other end. Is connected to the fuel tank 3.

Moreover, the part which turned the pipe 20 extended toward the vehicle front back to the vehicle back turns into the folding | returning part 21, and this folding | returning part 21 has the front-end | tip part facing the vehicle front. That is, the outer side of the folded portion 21 is located on the vehicle front side, and the inner side is located on the vehicle rear side.

The floor panel 2 is a panel member disposed on the lower side of the vehicle compartment R (see FIGS. 2 and 5) of the vehicle 1, and is provided at the center in the vehicle width direction and extends in the vehicle front-rear direction. It has a pair of side sill parts 5 provided on both sides in the vehicle width direction and extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and a pair of side members 6 provided between the tunnel part 4 and the side sill part 5 and extending in the vehicle front-rear direction. .

The side member 6 includes an inner member 6a having a substantially hat-shaped cross section provided on the upper side of the floor panel 2 (inside the vehicle compartment R) and a substantially cross-sectional hat provided on the lower side of the floor panel 2 (outside the vehicle compartment R). And an outer member 6b having a shape.

Further, an auxiliary panel (protruding portion) 7 is attached to the lower surface 2 a side of the floor panel 2.

The auxiliary panel 7 is located in the vicinity of the front side of the front end portion of the folded portion 21 of the pipe 20, and as shown in FIG. 2, the front end portion and the rear end portion are fixed to the floor panel 2, and the intermediate portion swells downward. I'm out. Thereby, this auxiliary panel 7 protrudes below the floor panel 2.

The auxiliary panel 7 has one side portion 7a in the vehicle width direction connected to the tunnel portion 4 and the other end portion 7b in the vehicle width direction connected to one side sill portion 5 (FIGS. 1 and 5). Thereby, the tunnel part 4 and the one side sill part 5 are connected via the auxiliary panel 7. The side member 6 passes through the auxiliary panel 7.

Further, a pair of front wheels (not shown) are arranged with the floor panel 2 sandwiched in front of the auxiliary panel 7 with the floor panel 2 interposed therebetween, and a pair of rear wheels (with the floor panel 2 sandwiched between the fuel tank 3 and the vehicle rear side). (Not shown) is arranged.

The plurality of attachment members 10 support a first attachment member 10 </ b> A that supports the straight portion X of the pipe 20, a second attachment member 10 </ b> B that supports the bypass portion Y of the pipe 20, and a first portion that supports the folded portion 21 of the bypass portion Y. And three attachment members 10C.

The first mounting member 10A and the second mounting member 10B have the same shape of the bracket portion 12 described later, but the shape of the tube support portion 11 described later is different, and the second mounting member 10B and the third mounting member 10C Since the pipe support portion 11 is common but the shape of the bracket portion 12 is different, the third mounting member 10C will be described in detail here.

As shown in FIG. 3, the third mounting member 10 </ b> C has a tube support portion 11 formed with a plurality of support recesses (support surfaces) 11 </ b> A capable of supporting the pipe 20, and the tube support portion 11 is fixed to the floor panel 2. And a bracket portion (fixed portion) 12.

The tube support portion 11 shown in FIG. 4 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape by a heat-resistant resin having elasticity, and here, four support concave portions 11A are arranged in the longitudinal direction.

Each support recess 11 </ b> A has an arc shape along the outer peripheral surface of the pipe 20, and has an insertion port 11 </ b> B that opens upward. The insertion port 11B has an opening width that gradually increases toward the open end 11Ba so that the pipe 20 can be easily inserted. The width T 1 of the starting end 11Bb of the insertion slot 11B is adapted narrower than the outer diameter of the pipe 20, and is such that the inserted pipe 20 not easily escape.

Further, a fitting projection 11 </ b> C that fits into the fixing hole 12 </ b> C of the bracket portion 12 is formed on the bottom surface of the tube support portion 11. The fitting protrusion 11C is fitted into the fixing hole 12C, thereby preventing the pipe support portion 11 from being displaced.

In the third mounting member 10C, all of the four support recesses 11A are formed to have a diameter that can support the pipe 20, while the first mounting member 10A has a support recess that can support the supply side pipe Z. And two support recesses having different diameters from the support recess 11A capable of supporting the pipe 20 are formed.

The bracket portion 12 is made of metal, and includes a placement portion 12A for placing the tube support portion 11 and a fixed arm 12B extending from the placement portion 12A.

The mounting portion 12A is formed to be approximately the same size as the bottom surface of the tube support portion 11, and a fixing hole 12C is formed at substantially the center. A reinforcing rib 12Aa is provided around the fixed hole 12C.

The fixed arm 12B is formed to bend so that one end in the longitudinal direction of the mounting portion 12A becomes one step higher, and is provided with a fixing piece 12Ba extending in a direction orthogonal to the mounting portion 12A. Thereby, the bracket part 12 is L-shaped when viewed from above. And the bolt through-hole 13 is formed in the front-end | tip of this fixed piece 12Ba.

In the first mounting member 10A, the fixed arm 12B is provided at both ends of the mounting portion 12A, and a bolt through hole 13 is formed at the end of the fixed arm 12B. That is, the bracket portion of the first mounting member 10A is linear when viewed from above.

And the bracket part 12 is fixed by the nut 13b screwing together in the volt | bolt 13a which penetrates this volt | bolt through-hole 13. As shown in FIG. The second mounting member 10B is fixed to the auxiliary panel 7 as shown in FIG. Further, the first attachment member 10 </ b> A is fixed to the floor panel 2.

Here, the third attachment member 10C fixed to the auxiliary panel 7 is disposed so as to be orthogonal to the pipe 20 (see FIG. 3). At this time, the pipe 20 is inserted in order from the support recess 11 </ b> A located on the fixed arm 12 </ b> B side, and the support recess 11 </ b> A into which the pipe 20 is not inserted is positioned inside the folded portion 21 of the pipe 20.

That is, the pipe support portion 11 is disposed inside the folded portion 21 of the pipe 20, and the folded portion 21 has a space 23 in which the tube support portion 11 can be disposed inside the folded portion.

Next, the operation of the vehicle pipe mounting structure of the present invention will be described.

While the vehicle 1 is traveling, if pebbles and the like are repelled rearward by a front wheel (not shown), the pebbles and the like that are repelled fly while gradually rising toward the rear. That is, the pebbles and the like fly to the floor panel 2 from the front of the vehicle toward the lower surface 2a.

Here, the pipe 20, which is a pipe member attached to the floor panel 2, has a folded portion 21, and an auxiliary panel that protrudes downward from the floor panel 2 in the vicinity of the front side of the tip portion of the folded portion 21. 7 is provided.

Therefore, pebbles or the like flying from the front of the vehicle hit the auxiliary panel 7 projecting downward from the floor panel 2 near the front side of the folded portion 21 of the pipe 20 and are prevented from hitting the folded portion 21 of the pipe 20. Thereby, this folding | returning part 21 can be protected with a simple structure.

Even if foreign matter is caught on the lower surface 2 a side of the floor panel 2, the auxiliary panel 7 is located near the front side of the tip of the folded portion 21, so that the foreign matter is caught between the folded portion 21 and the auxiliary panel 7. It becomes difficult. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the folded portion 21 from being adversely affected by the foreign matter.

Further, since the third attachment member 10C is provided in the folded portion 21, the folded portion 21 can be protected also by the third attachment member 10C, and further, adverse effects on the folded portion 21 can be prevented. Become.

In particular, as shown in FIG. 2, a bolt 13 a and a nut 13 b for fixing the third attachment member 10 </ b> C are located on the front side of the folded portion 21 and protrude further downward than the auxiliary panel 7. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the pebbles from the front from hitting the folded portion 21 by the bolts 13a and the like.

The third mounting member 10C includes a tube support portion 11 in which a plurality of support recesses 11A capable of supporting the plurality of pipes 20 are formed, and a bracket portion 12 that fixes the tube support portion 11 to the floor panel 12. And the folding | returning part 21 has the space 23 which can arrange | position the pipe | tube support part 11 inside folding | returning.

Thereby, even if there are two or more pipes 20, it can be supported by one third attachment member 10C, and an increase in the number of parts can be suppressed.

Further, it can be dealt with by simply replacing the tube support portion 11 depending on the number of pipes 20, the size of the outer diameter, the interval, etc., and the bracket portion 12 can be shared regardless of the number of pipes 20.

Furthermore, one side portion 7 a of the auxiliary panel 7 is connected to the tunnel portion 4, and the other side portion 7 b is connected to one side sill portion 5. Thereby, the tunnel part 4 and the side sill part 5 are connected, and the rigidity of the floor panel 2 can be improved.

And in the above-mentioned embodiment, since the pipe 20 meanders and the bypass part Y is provided, the fuel heated by the engine can be circulated through the bypass part Y and cooled. Therefore, it can be made cheaper than cooling the fuel by using a heat exchanger, and it becomes difficult to protrude from the floor panel 2, so that space efficiency can be improved.
