The front and rear cross members 15 and 16 are connected to the left and right rear frames 13 and 14, and the front and rear cross members 15 and 16 are covered with a floor panel 19 from above. A canister 24 that adsorbs evaporated fuel is disposed in a space below and surrounded by left and right rear frames 13 and 14 and front and rear cross members 15 and 16. The first brackets 17 and 18 disposed between the front and rear cross members 15 and 16, the second bracket 32 attached to the first brackets 17 and 18 from below, and the first brackets. Composed of canister 24 that is surrounded in the longitudinal direction in the outer 47 of the bracket 17, 18 and the second bracket 32.

As shown in FIG. 4, the first bracket 17 is formed in the main body portion 34 formed in a concave shape in cross section, flange portions 35 and 36 formed on both sides of the main body portion 34, and the main body portion 34. This is a member composed of the bracket mounting portions 37 and 38 before and after the second bracket 32 is attached, and the rigidity of the floor panel 19 (see FIG. 1) can be enhanced. The first bracket 18 is a member having the same configuration as the first bracket 17.

As shown in FIG. 3, the second bracket 32 includes a bottom surface portion 41 to which the canister 24 is attached in advance, front and rear support portions 42 and 43 raised upward from the front and rear of the bottom surface portion 41, and Mounting flanges 44, 44 formed at the front end of the front support portion 42 and attached to the front bracket mounting portions 37, 37 of the first bracket 17, 18 and formed at the front end of the rear support portion 43, the first bracket 17, 18 and mounting flanges 45, 45 to be attached to the rear bracket mounting portions 38, 38 are formed. The second bracket 32 is fixed to the first brackets 17 and 18 with a plurality of bolts 49.

The first brackets 17 and 18, the bottom surface portion 41 of the second bracket 32, and the front and rear support portions 42 and 43 of the second bracket 32 constitute an outer shell 47 that surrounds the canister 24.

The bottom surface portion 41 is formed on the left side of the first and third mounting portions 51 to 53 for attaching the canister 24, and is formed on the right side of the rear portion and the first reinforcing portion 54 that reinforces the bottom surface portion 41. In order to promote the heat radiation of the canister 24, the first to fourth heat radiation openings 56 to 59 for opening the bottom surface 24a of the canister 24 are formed. The canister 24 is attached to the first to third attachment portions 51 to 53 with bolts 61.
The first and second reinforcing portions 54 and 55 can improve the rigidity of the bottom surface portion 41.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the fuel tank 25 is supported by the fuel tank bracket 64 attached to the lower surface of the floor panel 19 at the rear left and right, and supported by the left and right support channels 65 and 66 from below. Is done. In the left and right support channels 65 and 66, front ends 65 a and 66 a are attached to the lower compartment cross member 22, and rear ends 65 b and 66 b are attached to the front cross member 15.

In the vehicle canister mounting structure 30, since the first brackets 17 and 18 that reinforce the floor panel 19 are passed between the front and rear cross members 15 and 16, the rigidity of the floor panel 19 is enhanced.

Since the canister 24 is arranged below the first brackets 17 and 18 and the second bracket 32 is attached to the first brackets 17 and 18 so as to surround the canister 24, the first brackets 17, 18 and The canister 24 can be protected by the outer shell 47 of the second bracket 32. As a result, a structure in which the canister 24 is not easily deformed by a rear collision (a rear collision from the rear) or the like can be obtained.

That is, in the vehicle canister mounting structure 30, since the first brackets 17 and 18 that also have reinforcing members are passed to the floor panel 19, the rigidity of the floor panel 19 is improved, and deformation of the floor panel 19 can be suppressed. it can.

Further, in the vehicle canister mounting structure 30, the first brackets 17, 18 are passed between the front and rear cross members 15, 16 above the canister 24 placement site, so that the floor panel of the canister 24 placement site is provided. The rigidity of 19 is high. For example, when a rear collision occurs, even when a load is applied to the floor panel 19 at the location where the canister 24 is placed by a spare tire (not shown) stored in the spare tire storage portion 21, the location where the canister 24 is placed The deformation is suppressed, and it is expected that the front cross member 15 is rotated and deformed so that the rear portion of the canister 24 is lifted upward with the front cross member 15 as a fulcrum. Therefore, buffering with the front fuel tank 25 can be prevented.

Further, since the canister 24 is covered with the outer shell 47 composed of the first brackets 17 and 18 and the second bracket 32, for example, even when a rear collision occurs, the canister 24 is less deformed.

Since the second bracket 32 includes attachment portions 51 to 53 to which the canister 24 is attached in advance, and the second bracket 32 already attached to the canister 24 is attached to the first brackets 17 and 18, the canister 24 is disposed. The canister 24 can be easily attached below the floor panel 19 to be provided. As a result, the workability of the canister 24 assembling work can be improved. That is, since the canister 24 is assembled to the second bracket 32, the canister 24 can be easily attached to the floor panel 19 side.
