Description
<エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体>
水酸化アルミニウムや膨張黒鉛、若しくはその他のフィラーの充填性がよい基材として、塩素化ポリエチレン等が知られているが、これらは塩素を含むため、焼却時にダイオキシン等が発生する可能性がある。そこで、本発明では、非ハロゲン系,非リン系でかつ充填性のよい基材として、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体を使用した。
<水酸化アルミニウム>
水酸化マグネシウム、水酸化アルミニウムで代表される水和金属化合物は、次のような難燃機構を有している。この種の水和金属化合物は、燃焼が立ち上がる際、気相にて結晶水の脱水・吸熱反応を生じ、燃焼を抑制する。また、固相においては無機酸化物とカーボンチャーとの複合層により断熱効果を生じ、樹脂の熱分解を抑制する。
<膨張黒鉛>
膨張黒鉛は、天然燐片状黒鉛の層間に化学品を挿入したものであり、燐片状黒鉛は、主に中国で産出されるものが多い。天然鉱山から採取された燐片状の黒鉛は、採掘後、粉砕、水分級の工程を通り、カーボン含有量約95%以上の黒鉛になる。不純物を取り除くために強酸で洗浄、高温下アルカリ中で焼結する。再度、洗浄することにより、カーボンの含有量を高めることができる。
Claims (4)
- エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体を主要部とする基材に、膨張開始温度が200℃〜300℃の膨張黒鉛と、200℃〜230℃の気相における難燃効果を発揮する水酸化アルミニウムとが充填されたことを特徴とする難燃シート。
- 上記膨張黒鉛が上記難燃シート全体の3〜65vol%、上記水酸化アルミニウムが上記難燃シート全体の13〜65vol%、をそれぞれ占めることを特徴とする請求項1記載の難燃シート。
- 上記膨張黒鉛の粒径が80メッシュ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の難燃シート。
- 磁性フィラー、導電性フィラー、熱伝導フィラー、絶縁性フィラー、断熱性フィラー、制震性フィラー、緩衝フィラー、衝撃吸収性フィラー、遮音性フィラー、発泡材、低比重フィラー、高比重フィラー、光触媒、硝子、芳香剤、殺虫剤、栄養剤、土、または砂利を高充填させることができることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の難燃シート。
