Description
等速自在継手の最大連接角度は外方継手部材42’に対して停止している軸によってかつ外方継手部材42’の外方ボール軌道47’におけるボール65’の有効案内の端部によって決定される。これらの寸法は、軸53’の直径dとともに、結果としてα=45°の最大連接角度を生じる。丸い断面の軌道形状によりここで示される等速自在継手において、接触点は軌道基部に置かれ、他の断面の軌道形状を有する等速自在継手において、接触点対が軌道側部に互いに反対に位置決めされることを可能にする。

Claims (2)
- 等速固定継手(41)であって、
第1の長手方向軸線(L42)と互いに軸に沿って対向して配置された取着部材(44)と開口(46)とに加えて、外方ボール軌道(47,49)を含む、外方継手部材(42)と;
第2の長手方向軸線(L52)と、内方ボール軌道(54,56)と、を含む内方継手部材(52)とを有し;
前記外方ボール軌道(47,49)が中心線(S42)および軌道基部線(G42)を含み、該軌道基部線(G42)は、前記中心線(S42)から等距離に延びると共に、曲がりながら前記第1の長手方向軸線(L42)を通る平面内に延びており;
前記内方ボール軌道(54,56)が中心線(S52)および軌道基部線(G52)を含み、該軌道基部線(G52)は、前記中心線(S52)から等距離に延びると共に、曲がりながら前記第2の長手方向軸線(L52)を通る平面内に延びており;
前記外方ボール軌道(47,49)および前記内方ボール軌道(54,56)が互いに複数の軌道対を形成していて、各軌道対がトルク伝達ボール(65)を受容しており;
ボールケージ(59)が、前記外方継手部材(42)と前記内方継手部材(52)との間に配置されると共に、周方向に配置された複数のケージ窓を含み、各ケージ窓がトルク伝達ボール(65)を受容しており;
前記トルク伝達ボール(65)の中心は、前記等速固定継手が直線状の状態であるときには中心平面(E)内に、また、前記等速固定継手が屈折した状態であるときには角度二等分平面(E’)内に、前記ボールケージ(59)によって保持され;
前記等速固定継手が前記直線状の状態にあるとき、前記複数の軌道対の中心線は前記中心平面(E)を基準にして互いに鏡面対称であり、前記等速固定継手が前記屈折した状態にあるとき、前記複数の軌道対の中心線は前記角度二等分平面(E’)を基準にして互いに鏡面対称であり;
前記各軌道対の前記軌道基部線は、1方向に互いに離れるように動き;
前記複数の軌道対のうち第1の軌道対(47,54)の前記軌道基部線は、前記開口(46)から前記取着部材(44)に向かって互いから離れており;
前記複数の軌道対のうち第2の軌道対(49,56)の前記軌道基部線は、前記取着部材(44)から前記開口(46)に向かって互いから離れており;
前記第1の軌道対(47,54)の前記外方ボール軌道(47)の前記軌道基部線は、前記取着部材の端において、前記第1の長手方向軸線(L42)上でかつ前記外方継手部材の中心面(E42)から前記取着部材に向かって第1のズレOFF1だけずれる点(Z1)を中心とする半径raを含み、そして前記軌道基部線は前記半径raを有する円から前記開口の端に向かって外方にそれており;
前記第1の軌道対(47,54)の前記内方ボール軌道(54)の前記軌道基部線は、前記開口の端において、第2の長手方向軸線(L52)上でかつ前記内方継手部材の中心面(E52)から前記開口に向かって第2のズレOFF2だけずれる点(Z2’)を中心とする半径riを含み、そして前記軌道基部線は前記半径riを有する円から前記取着部材の端に向かって外方にそれている、
ことを特徴とする等速固定継手。 - 前記第1の軌道対(47,54)の前記軌道基部線の各々は、前記半径ra、riを有する円形の弓形形状部分(S1)と、正接して隣接する直線部分(S2)とからなっており、該直線部分(S2)は、前記長手方向軸線(L12(L52)、L42)に関して鋭角(b)をなして延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速固定継手。
